Grand flat constructed in 1919 and covering 450 m2 (4520 sq.f.) situated in the heart of Barcelona, 200 m from the distinguished Passeig de Gracia Avenue and the most famous house ( La Pedrera or Casa Milà ) designed by the great Antoni Gaudí, Catalonia's most aclaimed modernist architect. Also 50 m from La Casa de les Punxes designed by the also famous modernist architect Puig I Cadafalch. A 10 minutes walk will find you in Plaza Catalunya, the centre of the city.

This large and beautiful flat has the capacity to accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 of them are king size (21 m2 or 226 sq.f.) and the other two are queen size single (12 m2 or 130 sq.f.). There are 1 double bed (king size) and 10 singles. All the single beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double bed or two separates singles.

The living area covers 170 m2 (1825 sq.f.) and consists of a large lounge (50 m2 or 540 sq.f.), a living room (25 m2 or 270 sq.f.) a dining room (25 m2 or 270 sq.f.) with a table which is able to seat 14 people, a small game room, an old chapel and a business corner with PC, printer and Internet.

Furnished with central heating, double glazing soundproofing, air conditioning and fully equipped. Three complete bathrooms and one smaller additional one. The service area consists of a scullery, the kitchen and a utility room. A daily maid service is optional.


Dear guest,

I would like to ask you to respect to my flat as if it was your own home. Let me know your arrival time as soon as you can, so I can arrange for a smooth check-in. Normally, you can CHECK-IN from 17.00 pm, but if you arrive earlier, we will surely find a solution, depending on availability of the cleaning women and other groups, at least for leaving your luggage before that but after 11.00 (should not be a problem).

The same is true for late CHECK-OUT: I will try to adapt to your needs as much as I can. Please respect the neighbors and do not make noise after 21.00 o'clock; always close the elevator door when using it and please switch off the lights and air conditioning when leaving. Please no pets and no smoking in the house! This will have as consequence a €250 fine. Please no drugs or other on the premises.

The keys will be handed over at the apartment in order to make it easier for you. Please note that I will have a person to help with LATE CHECK-INS (after 22.00 / 8pm). Here an additional fee of 20 euros is charged between 20h and 22h, between 22h and 24h a fee of 30 euros, and 50 euros after 24h.

Feel at home, but please keep in mind that there are neighbors around who deserve some rest. To secure a peaceful living environment, please keep the volume at a tolerable level, especially between 21pm and 8am. So if your night does not end at that time, I would like to ask you to turn down the music or leave the flat and set off for a night out in the city. Should you get into trouble with the neighbors or the police because of noise nuisance, I will find myself forced to retain the entire safety deposit, plus you would be 100% responsible of any additional expenses that the inconvenience might cause, such as physical or non-material damages.

Remember also to leave all the keys on the table at the entrance and close the door after you when checking out. Check before leaving that all air conditioners (ACs), lights and television, etc are turned off and please take your garbage with you and throw them in the grey bins you will find outside on the street.
