Fantastic location! Beautiful large home.

All three levels are very nice! The upstairs was a perfect gathering place for friends and family! Very safe and central location! Would highly recommend!

Good location but poor property management experience

This is a very well located property in Knightsbridge.

You are definitely hiring for space and location as it's simply furnished with basic linens.

It would also be most suited to families as neighbours appear to be sensitive about noise. 5 of our guests were using the terrace to smoke at 11pm on a Friday evening which we're told caused a complaint from the neighbours due to their talking making to much noise. We noted on the original listing that there shouldn't be any parties but these people were just 5 of our guests staying in the property (which as it sleeps up to 12 seems reasonable). Everyone of course went inside when the manager called one of the guests.

However, there is no avoiding the fact that the management looking after the property have sadly proved to be extremely disappointing. We were left without heating in January for 2 days which meant guests couldn't stay there. These things happen - we were very understanding - but despite our best efforts to resolve, the manager has refused to communicate about what we feel is a very justified partial refund for these 2 days as we couldn't use the property for our guests to stay at. We have now given up trying to reach a positive solution.

In light of this experience, we would therefore definitely not rent this property or any other from this Manager/Owner and cannot provide a positive recommendation.
