This modern luxury property is situated 1st floor and backs onto the prestigious 'Old Ramsgate Hospital'. Clive joint owner with Loretta sold Phase1 on this beautiful development. No expense has been spared in bringing this apartment up to 1st class specification. It has complimentary Fibre Broadband and TV/DVD in each bedroom. We have been told even getting away for a couple of days makes you feel as if you have switched off completely.

The apartment is very well equipped and has most extras you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.Due to the developments quiet location the level of sleep allows you to really re charge those batteries and enjoy the beautiful walks to Broadstairs, Pegwell Bay.

One delight we have found is the Bell Vue Pub(see picture),this pub has amazing views from the cliff top and Sandwich over to Dover and has a safe patio area to the rear,the pub has won awards for best pub in Thanet.If you want to dine out in style there are many restaurants in 5minutes walk such as Indian, Thai, Italian, Greek, Good Old Fish and Chips.

The Harbour has been renovated and now Wetherspoons has prime position with views over The Channel with upstairs and downstairs dining. Opposite are fun amusement arcades and a Belgian bar and sells a number of Beers which you won't recognise.

The location for this apartment to our mind is perfect, situated in between a walk to Pegwell Bay and picturesque Broadstairs both walk-able distances see pictures. Access to the harbour is 10-15 mins, there are amusements, Fish and Chip bars and seaside kiosks selling buckets and spades and other fun stuff for the kids. Duncan Bannatyne breathed some magic and sunk a large investment in a boating and children’s play area it's FAB! only10 mins walk from the apartment, this of course depends on the length of your legs.. Ramsgate beach is vast and has beautiful sands.

For those of you that enjoy Tennis there is a Court with Cafe and hiring facilities for racquets and balls in Spencer Square (2 mins walk)

Both Clive and Loretta owners use it when available to switch off from business life.

Our apartment is approximately 10-15 min. walk to the harbour, the harbour is full of eateries, trendy coffee bars and restaurants, Ramsgate in our opinion is another Brighton waiting to happen. I sold the apartments myself and was so impressed with the position we decided to buy most probably the best on the development, from the living area it looks onto the main electric gated entrance (see picture) from a Juliet balcony

The apartment is 10 minutes walk to a very good Waitrose, the town has usual banks, jewellers, estate agents, very local friendly newsagent open until 11pm, and all usual amenities close at hand, it has local access to Westwood Cross a 'Mini Bluewater' with excellent Vue cinema, Casino, eateries and one of the best value for money quality Carvery's we have experienced. The apartment is 10 minutes drive from Kent International Airport and has access to Ramsgate Network Rail, Eurotunnel, Eurostar, Dover Ferry, Ramsgate Ferry (short walk or drive), and the Beautiful town of Sandwich. The main Motorway and major roads lead to the M2 A2 to London, M20 and M25 for Gatwick and Heathrow M4.

If you don't have a car and would like to visit historical sites we can organise an National Trust/ English Heritage tour whether it be a 4 seater requirement or brand new 9 Seater (8 Passengers) with Leather Interior and Air Con its possible if you book early.

Clive joint owner with Loretta sold Phase 1 of this secure, private gated development for an award winning developer and chose this apartment for its location, position on site, light, space and comfort in peaceful surroundings yet close to everything. We have not seen such a nicer apartment in the area. We have had International guests from United States, Australia, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain,, Belgium, France, Holland. As you will we have recommendations in international languages so our European friends can see what people from their own country are saying about this fabulous apartment.

Complementary Wifi. You will see from the pictures there are a lot of hidden surprises in Ramsgate or indeed Thanet it has become our get away! This is a 1st floor apartment and has a wide staircase leading to the landing. The apartment has an all round visibility. There is no lift. . Nearby hard tennis court in Historic Spencer Square, just turn up with your tennis racquet and a ball. Did you know Spencer Square was home and training ground to Vincent Van Gough? Please also note there is a ESL Language School in very nearby in Spencer Square, so if you wish to brush up your languages this is a fantastic opportunity.

A pleasure to stay awhile

My wife and I stayed here for six weeks before we flew off to the USA.

A perfect place to stay, and the apartment was set up with everything you could wish for.

Situated in a nice area of Ramsgate in a gated community,a short walk to the town, shops, harbour, bars and many eating places.

Lovely beaches along this part of the coast, a pleasure in summer or winter, the nearest being only minutes away.

The owners have done an awesome job with the standard of this, home from home.

Christmas and New Year 2011

We are seasoned self caterers and this apartment was fantastic ticking all the boxes and more. Everything you could possibly need was supplied by Loretta and Clive. We travelled from the Midlands and arrived over an hour late but Loretta and Clive were still waiting for us to welcome us and to show us how everything worked.

We were there for 10 days and only used the car twice to go to Whitstable and to Canterbury. The rest of the time the car stayed parked and we walked the many walks that the area has to offer. Less than five minutes from the apartment and you were walking along the coast. Every day we found a different route and really enjoyed what the area right on the door stop had to offer.

We found the apartment very quite, warm and relaxing with all the home comforts you could possibly need. Ramsgate has all you need for grocery shopping including a really good wet fish shop and plenty of restaurants.

We would definitely recommed this apartment and we will definitely be booking again.

Perfekter Platz, um Thanet zu erkunden

Wir konnten die tolle Wohnung leider nur eine Woche Ende Juni 2012 geniessen. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und liegt in Gehweite zum Ortskern von Ramsgate. Zur Strandpromenade sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der echte Bonus ist der private Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür. Es ist ein idealer Platz um das schöne Thanet und Kent zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine klasse Woche und werden wiederkommen - dann aber länger. Danke auch an die Vermieter Loretta und Clive für das herzliche Willkommen und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Auch bei unserer vierten England-Reise haben wir wieder eine sehr schöne Wohnung erwischt. Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Wochen.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel und gleichzeitig sehr zweckmäßig. Einziges Manko: das weiße Sofa (hier muss man etwas aufpassen). Aber es fehlt an nichts! Auch die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr angenehm, freundlich und unkompliziert. Und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir jederzeit Unterstützung und Tipps. Großer Pluspunkt ist auch die Nutzung des Internets über W-Lan.

Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Abgeschieden und sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral zum Zentrum und zum Yachthafen.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent time in a very comfortable appartment

It was the first time for me, my wife and our teenage boy to visit the UK and we were more than happy with our accomodation.

We loved the comfort of this appartment, offering really everything you need to feel at home right away. The owners spend a lot of attention to big and small details. The appartment is located in a closed and tranquil area, surrounded by a lovely mix of new appartments supplemented by historical priory buildings.

We also enjoyed a relaxing time in Ramsgate and found loads of interesting places in the area from Broadstairs to Canterbury. Even London is easily in reach for a daytrip by train.

We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon.

This 1st Floor luxuriously appointed apartment is situated near the seafront in a private gated development only a short walk from a very picturesque award winning Ramsgate Harbour. The Harbour boasts friendly cafés, bars and night-life.

We have 24 floodlit bays and facilities to practice full shots off grass as well a short game area with bunkers. There is also a 9-hole, 2,500 yard par 33 golf course
