About the property

This beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views is 450m from the 'La Fustera' beach in Benissa Costa, in the immediate vicinity of Calpe

Shops, restaurants and supermarket just 500m away.

Rental prices on request, and these are including consumption of water, gas and electricity during the months of May t.e.m. September (except heating of the pool); outside these months the energy costs are calculated on the basis of the meter readings.

The starting up of the swimming pool heating is only at the request of the tenant. For an optimal result, this is done 3 days in advance.

For this, 75 euros is charged for start-up and usage costs.

The consumption costs for heating the pool are always at the expense of the tenant and are calculated via a separate meter.

All costs and commissions arising from booking through a website for holiday homes and transfers of the rent are at the expense of the tenant.

Rental prices that can be found in the 'rates' section are for an occupancy of up to 6 persons in the period between Spring and Late Summer. If the group consists of more people, I will make a customized rental price.

Possibility to rent for longer periods.

Free WiFi is available throughout the house.

Free use of bed linen and bath towels

Deposit is 1000 euros.

Final cleaning is 175 euros.

Suitable for 2 to 14 people and for minimum 7 nights during summer season, starting and ending on Saturdays.

Outside the season, the number of days as well as arrival and departure can be determined.

The villa has 2 floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 14 sleeping places, 3 bathrooms with showers and bathtub, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room wit accompanying seaview terrace.

All windows have double glazing.

Living and kitchen have a connecting spacious terrace equipped with table, chairs and gasbbq.

On the sun terrace (adjacent to the swimming pool) there are 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, garden shower and garden furniture.

There is also a beautiful and shady substructure right next to the swimming pool where it is lovely to live.

This substructure also features fridge, sink, kitchen facilities, lounge and outdoor toilet.

Indoor Kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.

Kitchen towels are provided.

Living room with good quality furniture, flat screen TV with TV Flanders (lots of channels) and TV with English sat tv on 1st floor.

Private swimming pool of 10m x 4m, fully tiled throughout.

New Duratech Full Inverter pool heating 21 Kw to have pool at ideal temperature.

To have heating working, always on request and not included in rent.

Fenced grounds of 850m2 with access door and gate.

Lockable garage.

Free use of bed linen and bath towels

At 65km from Alicante airport and 130km from Valencia.

Pets allowed subject to consultation and written permission.

Possibility to rent for longer periods.

I also rent my omnium insured car that is in a secure parking lot at Alicante Airport.

There is a shuttle service that takes you from the car park and airport and vice versa.

Key of the car is available and delivered to the parking manager. No loss of time on arrival or departure, no extra expensive insurance.

Warranty depends on term and period of rental.
