This spacious Coeur d'Alene getaway is pet-friendly, comes with two canoes, and has nearby lake access (it's 150 yards downhill to the water landing area), providing a fun-filled vacation for up to 10 guests (eight adults)!
Nestled in a pretty wooded area, this home close to public access at the lake (although please note, the grade is steep at it might be a challenging walk for some). A canoe caddy can be found in the garage and will make transporting them for a day of fun, easy. On-site games and activities are offered in the home's recreation room.
This vacation rental is warm and welcoming, with a nice open living room with big windows and a separate dining area with plenty of seating for group meals. A door leads out to a large deck with a gas grill. The bright kitchen is stocked with white appliances, and has a breakfast bar for additional seating. Kitchen conveniences include a dishwasher, ice maker, coffeemaker and grinder, toaster, waffle iron, and slow cooker.
There is a small family room with a sofa, flatscreen cable TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a DVD library for family movie nights. The home's entertaining rec room is located on the lower level, and features Ping-Ping, a pool table, board games, and a wet bar.
There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms: the first bedroom has a king bed and its own door out to the deck. Additional bedrooms include one queen bed, one double bed, and two twin beds. twelve guests (10 adults) can be accommodated here.
There is a futon and a sleeper sofa available for additional space. WiFi is offered during your stay, and there is a large dog kennel downstairs if you need it - dogs are welcome (a weight limit and nightly pet fee apply).
For daily excursions of shopping and restaurants, the charming downtown area of Coeur d'Alene is 20 miles away. If you're planning on boating, Rockford Bay Marina is one mile away, and for more thrilling adventure, Silverwood Theme Park is a 40-mile drive.

You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed.
Parking Notes: Three vehicles can park in the driveway and street side. A fourth vehicle can be parked if one car goes in the garage.

There is boat trailer parking on the road, there is a parking spot there that will work well for a boat. There is also access to the property from below and a boat could be pulled off onto the "vacant" half of the lot below as well.
Water Access: To access the water with the canoe caddy-Take W. Coventry road (this is the unpaved lane immediately behind the home) South East to S. Crossbill Road and turn right, down towards the lake. At the point where the pavement ends proceed straight down the public access to the water where you can put your canoe into the water. There is no public beach or dock here, just a rocky landing to place your canoe in. The access trail is somewhat steep the last 100 feet.
