Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice and very large, max. 6 People

Housing 155 m2.distancia to the beach: about 2´Km (a straight line) along the Paseo del Barranco de Tirajana,. drive through the streets 3. km, more or less. takes to get like 5 minutes.

With 2 double bedrooms: with double beds and 1 sofa bed (double) simple additional 2 sofa beds, 2 baths, small laundry room and large living-dining-kitchen, large terrace (70m2) stone, quite sunny, has a nice barbecue, garden furniture. (table and chairs, hammock, umbrella). It also has a garden, 70m2, with flowering plants and fruit trees, even small. Suitable for large families or several friends or just enjoy if you like peace and comfort with your partner.

Air conditioning throughout the house and appliances: washing machine, TV, Wifi (free), DVD, CD music, home theater, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron Hair, clothes, ironing board and iron .. etc. Fully furnished. Quite spacious, yet have room to dance. They are very nice breakfast and dinner on the terrace where you can also have a barbecue in the evening for your family or friends.

On arrival and will available tourist information, maps and advertising of the area-

___________________________________________________________________La House is in a quiet residential area, no pool, but is very close to the beach and the tourist area of ??Maspalomas ie giving a little walk, walk or bike along the road next to the ravine you can go for a dip in the Playa del Faro de Maspalomas where you can enjoy the dunes and Maspalomas pond with migratory birds ... in the beach bars you can refresh sipping iced and then if you feel like you take a walk from there to Playa del Ingles.

Between Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas there a nudist called Punta. but if you do not like and want to go with children in family plan we provide other areas on the beach where you can do water activities, fishing .... etc.

Another option would be going through the tourist area of ??Playa del Inglés walk to .... and do the reverse route, when you reach the pond Maspalomas could ever visit the Camel safari .... The two beaches are connected by a sea of ??dunes golden sand, a total of about 5 km of beach.

It is a beach resort but the house is in a quiet residential area near the South Park Maspalomas and sports facilities, football stadium and gymnasiums. A few meters away from the market, cooperative taxi, supermarket, bakery, flower shop, restaurants and various small shops, ... municipal.______ library

Very nearby are parks temáticos.Holidays World, World Aboriginal, waterparks (Ocean Park or Aquasur) karting circuits, golf courses, Palmitos Park, Camel Safari, etc ..... Sioux City.

Very close also sports courts where you can play paddle ..... etc. ..

If you like the field in a few minutes you can visit rural areas as Ayagaures, Fataga, San Bartolome, Tunte (town, rural and oldest of San Bartolome de Tirajana), Santa Lucia.__________

lovely, quiet, safe, home from home and very spacious clean and pleasant

Although out of maspalomas and plays de ingles it was a good location taxi into resort 4.5 euros we were a party of 6 so eventually got a mini bus to collect all 6 of us at same time,

The property was ideal we were husband and wife with 2 daughters and thier 2 friends we took the smaller bedroom so the 4 girls could share the larger bedroom and put in that room the make up bed, which suited all our needs,

Kitchen area was more than adequate once we worked out the controls, big fridge and freezer ironing board iron, games even a cool box for the beers to take to the beach,

Plates were a little short and maybe need extra to make it better, lots of room to relax and play cards etc

Only criticism there would be no English tv channels but we used the stereo and CD stacking system to chill out

The bbq was great simple and one reason we chose this property, we couldnt work out how to use and set the safe which was disappointing,

2 big size bathroom/shower room with entynif towels and of course a washing machine that came in handy,

We had a relaxed home prepared breakfast and ate at the villa twice,

Walking to the bowling alley/ theme park took 15 mins,

We booked from the lads by taxi wank, in playa de ingles our fantastic trips on catamaran to see the dolphins ( saggitarius cat) & keep safari so.much cheaper and couldn't fault those 2 trips

Would reccomend this villa with max peopme of 6

We may go back and I can say we we are more than pleased with our stay

Great apartment in an away from beach side area

The photos on the website do not do full justice to this basement apartment. It is enormous, and there is so much room in it. The bedrooms are perfect, the facilities and all equipment in the apartment are idea, and the outside patio is just right for BBQ and outdoor meals. I would instantly recommend this to anyone wanting a Gran Canaria holiday. One big point, there are steep tile steps leading down to it, so you need to be OK with these. Close by are some good shopping centres, inc, a well stocked Spar, and some excellent tapas bars used by the locals. Owner was very helpful when we needed help, parking outside is good, but there is an office centre next to the apartment and workers park in the vicinity, but no real problem. Access to and from the main road is very easy, and getting to other resorts by car is no problem. Try going to Puerto de La Aldea, undeveloped fishing village with a safe harbour for swimming on the northwest coast, this was a real highlight. Recommend that Google maps are used as these are extremely helpful in getting about.. Four of us stayed here in mid October and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Accommodation!

We stayed in this property for a week in June - and it was absoluetly fantastic. We were impressed with the size of the property and value for money! The property has everything you may need - a real home from home. Spacious open plan living room and kitchen area, good cooking eqipment with a large fridge. The two bedrooms both have double beds and ample space. We really liked the sun-trap of a courtyard too, with a bonus brick BBQ. Very friendly owner who made sure we had everything we needed.

We rented a car, which we would recommend for others staying, as the property itself is not really in walking distance of amenities, such as shops, or activities, such as the beach. The car enabled us to visit many different places around the island, with the longest disctance being about an hour away.

We had a great holiday and would recomment this property for others!

Luxuriöses Designer Apartment mit allen Extras

Leider hatte ich das Vergnügen nur eine Woche, aber diese Zeit hätte ich nicht besser wohnen können! Man fühlt sich wie in einem eigenen Haus mit ca. 200 m2. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll dekoriert. Nichts fehlt: vom Bügelbrett über Waschmaschine, TV, Stereo-Anlage, WLan, AEG Dunstabzug-System, Mixer, Toaster, Salz und Pfeffer, man kann sich wie zuhause fühlen! Die Terrasse bot mehr Sonnenstunden als ich brauchte, um mir einen Sonnenbrand zu holen. Man ist komplett ungestört, ich habe in der ganzen Woche keinen Menschen gehört oder gesehen (außer der Vermieterin am ersten Tag).

Zuerst kam es mir etwas seltsam vor, dass die Schlafzimmer keine Fenster haben, es sind "Innenräume", aber an heißen Tagen ist das eine gute Idee, besonders wenn man obendrein 2 unabhängige Klimaanlagen zur Verfügung hat, von der jede allein bereits ausreichen würde. Vor der Hitze braucht man sich hier jedenfalls nicht zu fürchten. Ich hatte 2 Badezimmer zu meiner Verfügung, eins davon so groß, dass mühelos 4 Paare Tango darin tanzen könnten. Ein Bidet und eine großzügig dimensionierte "Walk-in" Dusche gibt es auch noch.

Man betritt die Wohnung von der Garage aus durch einen langen Flur, der zu einer noch längeren Treppe führt. Diese Treppe war für mich erstmal ziemlich atemberaubend. Familien mit Kindern müssen da aufpassen. Stolpern könnte lebensgefährlich sein. Alles ist aber ausreichend beleuchtet und das solide Geländer hilft ebenfalls. Sobald ich unten angekommen war, fühlte ich mich sofort zuhause. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die geschmackvolle Ausgestaltung sind bemerkenswert. Der riesige Wohn/Ess-Raum ist lichtdurchflutet durch die größtmögliche Fensterfront, die die ganze Wand ausmacht. Weiter auf der Terrasse fiel mir allerdings der rege Verkehr auf, der unmittelbar vor dem Haus stattfindet. Selbst nachts wird dort eifrig gefahren, aber zu meiner Überraschung hat es mich nicht gestört, obwohl ich lärmempfindlich bin und schlecht schlafe. Es war eher wie ein Ersatz für Wellenrauschen.

Ich würde nicht empfehlen, dort zu wohnen, ohne über ein Auto zu verfügen. Zwar kann man in ca. 15 Minuten den nächsten Spar-Markt auch zu Fuß erreichen, aber wenn man zum Strand will, wird es eher schwierig. Es ist eine Wohngegend ohne weitere Attraktionen, aber ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der nahegelegene Strand von Maspalomas kann mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht werden, in der Wohnung gibt es sogar alle möglichen Strand-Utensilien.

Großzügiges Wohnen mit allem was man braucht

Sehr große Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir, zwei Mittdreißiger, mit unseren Kindern, 8 Monate und 3 Jahre, haben hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wohnt bei den Vermietern im Haus, in einer Art Souterainwohnung mit eigenem Eingang. Zur Rückseite hin liegt die Wohnung ebenerdig bzw. etwas erhöht an einer Straße. Man sieht und hört die Vermieter nicht. Also fühlt man sich, als hätte man das Haus für sich alleine.Für gehbehinderte oder auch ältere Menschen denke ich nicht so gut geeignet, wegen der Treppen die man bewältigen muß. Kinderbetten bereitstellen war kein Problem. Es gibt einen ausreichenden Vorrat an Handtüchern. Betten sind bequem. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, ebenso WIFI.

Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

  • The master bedroom, is quite large, are in a double bed, a sofa bed, nightstands, a dresser, a desk, a small shelf to put the radio or decoration and a large wardrobe.
