Located in building built in 2007, with elevator, has 38 meters useful, exterior with east orientation. It has common area with main bed of 135, kitchen fully furnished and equipped, two large wardrobes, bathroom and terrace. It is provided with everything you need, furniture, new appliances, kitchenware, bedding, towels etc. On request, a cot or extra bed for a minor can be enabled. You can also request a beach kit (towels, mat, umbrella and transport bag).
It has air conditioning and heat pump. 180º adjustable flat screen TV with digital terrestrial and satellite tuner. Free 4G Wi-Fi limited to a minimum equivalent of 2GB per reservation day (cumulative).
I welcome the guests upon their arrival and hand over the keys personally, apart from the explanations that I can give them, in the apartment there is a tourist guide at your disposal. I am available anytime if you have any problems.
Whether you arrive to Malaga by plane or by train, you can take the same airport or the long route María Zambrano, the suburban train to Fuengirola and get off at Arroyo de la Miel and from there the apartment is 550 meters.

Guests are obliged to keep the house in good condition for the duration of their stay.
Guests will not be able to carry out disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illegal or contrary to the Community Statutes activities in the home. Neither can store inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the home and / or develop mercantile or industrial activities.
The production of noise inside the building will be kept within the limits of mutual respect and between 22.00 and 8.00 h, it should be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbors.
In compliance with the local regulations that affect the Housing for Tourist Purposes, it is mandatory the presentation of the official identity documents of the occupants, the signature of the entry part of travelers that will be sent to the National Police and the signing of a document that includes, among others, the duration and the price of the stay.
The accommodation can not be occupied by persons other than those identified in the passenger entry parts that are completed for each reservation.
The loss of the keys, implies the change to a new lock with a cost of € 100.
