original character but with all modern conveniences, and set in the

beautiful Cornish country village of St Mawgan. Though you may

feel miles from anywhere, you are still only five minutes from

Watergate Bay and only a few minutes' walk to The Falcon Inn.

* Nearest amenities: 0.3 miles.

* Outdoors: Pretty enclosed garden to the rear, approached by steps

from the back path; mainly laid to lawn, part bordered with mature

shrubs, patio with garden furniture, barbecue.

* Parking: Parking for 2 cars.

* Family facilities: None but may be hired.

* Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week.

* General: WiFi included, electricity & logs included in rent;

woodburning stoves in lounge and kitchen/diner, electric heated

* Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
