NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.40 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people.

The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners.

Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave).

The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.

It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.

Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy.

At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the brotherhoods and be able to rest when you feel like it.

The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.

Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value.

The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

Comfortable, spacious, well-cared for apartment in the heart of Seville

Javier is an amazing host who really pays attention to every detail. His apartment is quiet, yet walk out the front door and you’re in the middle of the city, walking distance from Seville’s main attractions. We were particularly impressed with how much time Javier spent helping us settle in and sharing his suggestions for restaurants, sites to visit and local markets and museums, all helpfully marked on a map for us in advance. We can’t wait until our next visit!

We have just returned from a wonderful girly holiday in Seville. Javier, the property owner, was extremely friendly and helpful from the time we booked the apartment until the time we left. He provided us with lots of useful information about Seville and the many wonderful places to visit.

The apartment was spacious and offered everything we needed. It was very well positioned in Seville, which meant we could easily walk to all the places of interest.

Javier is exceptionally friendly and knowledgable of the surrounding area and gave us excellent information to allow us to enjoy our short stay in Sevilla. The apartment is in a fabulous location, very easy to find and within easy walking distance of all the prime spots to visit.

a fine apartment in an excellent location in the city

The apartment feels modern, welcoming and comfortable. It is well equipped and easy to live in. It looks out on a relatively quiet street, lined with orange trees. The apartment is surrounded by eating places and there is a variety of supermarkets close by. A pleasant walk of about ten minutes through the old town leads to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar or, in the same time, you can cross the river to Triana, with its pottery sellers, market and riverside eating places.

Javier, our host, is very well organised and extremely helpful, without being intrusive. He has prepared a list of local eating places, supermarkets and places to visit. He contacted us to warn us that shops would close on Andalucia Day and he organised an early morning taxi to get us to the station on our way home. The kind of things that make a holiday more relaxed and enjoyable.

Great host&Perfect apartment

Where should I start... I have to say Javier is an excellent host!!! So friendly, nice and always ready to answer all the questions as fast as he could, making us feel like he's more than a host, but one of your caring and warm-hearted friends in Seville even though we've never met. About the fabulous apartment, my boss just love it, it's absolutely clean, tidy, nicely decorated, which can show it has been well maintained by Javier. The location is very central, close to everything literally, restuarants, shops, transportation is easy to access to as well, so convenient. Thank you for offering such an amazing, memarable stay!
