With your own private entrance from the street, enjoy your time in London at this lovely garden flat which has 2 full double bedrooms and 2 full en suite bathrooms.

There is a separate living room with large screen TV, cable and high speed WiFi. A hallway leads you down to the master bedroom with small terrace and further down to the open plan dining and kitchen area which is full stocked for 6 people.

At the back of the flat is the second bedroom and en suite bathroom.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, also located close to Chelsea & Wandsworth areas, and a stone's throw from Battersea Park which has a recreation centre, Children's Zoo, art gallery, various coffee and tea houses as well as a miniature golf course and boating lake.

You would be a 20min walk to Sloane Square and the Kings Road with its exclusive shopping boutiques and a 25min walk to the Tate Britain art gallery. Your closest station is Battersea Park which is a direct line to Victoria Station for Buckingham Palace or you are a short distance from Queenstown Road station which takes you into Waterloo for the London Eye and Borough market!

About Hannah Levin

I am an American who married a British man and have been living in London for over 25 years now. We live close by in our family home and use this flat for either my mother or friends and family who come to London to stay/visit during the year.

We have a lovely property manager, Hannah Levin, who looks after the upkeep of the flat and who will be in contact with you regarding bookings. But of course we are always available should you need anything during your stay!

We absolutely love Battersea!

It has changed a lot since we first moved to the area many years ago but things just get better and better! The park has so much to offer visitors as well as we have some wonderful local restaurants and pubs.

You can easily access the major sites of London from the flat with the various transport links. There isn't anywhere else we would rather be with our family!

What makes this apartment unique

You will not find a better placed flat for access to the park and river walks! it also has 2 en suite bathrooms with a private terrace which gets the afternoon sun.

Heart of London

We spent an enjoyable week in London, this flat is close to the trains that runs into downtown (Waterloo and Victoria) every 15 minutes, well managed, everything was as it was stated with excellent wi-fi, dishwasher and laundry facilities. Will happily return on our next trip.

Good location with potential

Near transportation, nice eating area and well supplied kitchen. We were greeted by manager who kindly provided information and breakfast basics to get us started. Those are the positives however photos are a bit deceiving as the place has aged and is badly in need up updating. With the pealing plaster, stained carpet and worn furniture, it did not exude cleanliness, though kitchen was clean. Beds were good, space a bit tight and little luggage room. It is a basement flat the needs a dehumidifier as was damp and musty which activated allergies. Outdoor patio is basically a 12 by 12 foot hole looking up to the sky. Disappointing as thought we would be looking into some greenery? A positive however is that it is a block away from the beautiful Battersea Park. Grateful for washer and dryer. Want to recommend but cannot, though with some major improvements it has potential.

Clean, cosy and convenient

This was a great basement London flat. Plenty of room for the four adults travelling with generous bedrooms and a large formal lounge/reception room.

Heating was great. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment that allowed us to prepare meals over our two-week stay.

Separate washer and dryer were a massive bonus.

A little out of London central but many transport routes within a few minutes walk. Great park close by as well.

This property is hard to fault.

A good Tesco close as well as a nice Italian restaurant and pub. Unfortunately no real coffee shops or cafes.

Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful Place!

The flat was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The owner could not have been more helpful and kind. Very well stocked with anything you would need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Nice flat near Battersea Park

Loved the flat. Lots of nice touches and well-stocked kitchen. Friendly owners. WiFi doesn't really work in the back bedroom. Couches are a little tired, and generally could use some updates, such as peeling paint in a number of places. Still feel it deserves 5 stars.

Centrally located in London right by Battersea park which is gorgeous and is right on the river Thames for lovely walks and great for those travelling with children as there is a small zoo in the park!

There are some lovely local restaurants as well as you are on a mainline railway station to Victoria or Waterloo and a 20min walk to Sloane Square for some of the most exclusive shopping in London around the Kings Road.

If you like museums, you are a 25min walk to the Tate Britain and you can take a boat from there to the Tate Modern which is a lovely way to be on the river.

The flat is also located close to Chelsea & Wandsworth areas.

If you would like to check in prior to 9am or after 6pm, there is a £10 per hour charge up to 4 hours maximum for waiting time. This is to be paid in cash on arrival.
