Hello, my name is Kim Dudley and I am the manager for this property. The owners are a lovely couple from Arizona and have asked me to help them manage their beautiful home. Ironically, I used to live in Phoenix in the home owners currently own. Through some neighborhood friends they heard I live in Coronado and asked if I could help them with the design and remodel of their home. Since they are just here part time it was a perfect opportunity to share their home with others.

Stunning Property, Fantastic Location!
Absolutely beautiful home and a fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of the beach, the park, the grocery store and tons of restaurants and shops. You simply can't beat Coronado for a location within San Diego. We felt like we had the best of both worlds - easy access (10 mins) to Balboa Park, the Zoo, downtown, as well as that cozy, away-from-it-all, relaxing beach resort feel we were looking for.
The home itself is simply gorgeous. We had four adults and four children and the house easily accommodated all our needs. The kitchen is open and spacious and a perfect gathering spot for the family and the two beautiful patios provide plenty of quiet getaway spots as well. The master bath is stunning and everything about the property is well thought out, beautifully appointed and very well managed.
We cannot recommend this property highly enough and can't wait to come back!

This home has everything you could want! Plenty of space, all the amenities, well appointed, close to everything! We stayed at this lovely home in the spring with some friends and it was the perfect location and weather. We walked everywhere, went to the beach and/or park daily, enjoyed some of Coronado's best restaurants, and loved just relaxing in the lovely weather on the patios. We cannot wait to come back!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying here. The home is spectacular and perfectly situated within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants and all shopping. Spectacular Vacation Home
What a magnificent retreat! This home had every amenity I could have dreamed of. As a cook the kitchen is well appointed with every need, also a state of the art grill in the backyard. We loved the flat screen in the family room, the relaxing backyard, and the very social front porch. Take your book and cozy up in any one of the comfortable sofas. I never got in the car once it was tucked away in the garage. This location is superb for all the local restaurants, bars, shops, and the grocery store. We cannot wait to come back to the best property in Coronado.

Coronado is located in a fantastic area. All major attractions are only a 20 minute drive to the Zoo, Balboa Park and Seaworld. Coronado itself has plenty to offer including the beach, bike riding, the famous Hotel Del, restaurants and shopping.
