The farmhouse of Gavaresse. The Pradet Var 83220

Gite of 65 sqm half floor of a very old Provencal farmhouse typical of the region, completely renovated and furnished with passion. Descriptions, tariffs without commissions and additional photos by going on: "Gavaresse. FRance" (copy paste)

The cottage "L'orangeraie" includes two bedrooms, one parental, facing south is equipped with a double bed, the view overlooks the garden below and the hill just opposite, the other half-floor, nicely attic, has three single beds. The living room with large windows evoking an orange grove, opens its very wide view East on the garden and the hill; the floor is in sisal, the carpet is thick, a large sofa offers a comfortable sixth sleeping. The stay welcomes six people at his table and shares his space with a kitchen made from a Provencal sideboard, marinated in a flea market; the equipment is complete, combined microwave oven, two gas burners, fridge-freezer, small appliances, cookware, dishes. The accommodation is completed outside by a large covered terrace equipped with a dining area and decorated with a hammock, a second terrace in full sun will leave you the choice of the place to take the meals. Two thousand square meters of garden are allocated to rentals, the place is landscaped, planted with Mediterranean trees, fruit trees and citrus, a cabin in a corner of the garden delighted children and a barbecue (built) delighted the buds. Sun loungers, deckchairs and other outdoor equipment will allow you to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

A parking space is provided inside the property.

The farmhouse comprises three independent housing each with private exteriors designed to offer all calm, privacy and well-being; this is why, and for obvious safety reasons, we do not want to offer a pool, especially since access to one of the largest in the world, the Mediterranean Sea, much healthier, vast and entertaining, is done on foot, in ten minutes (timed! ).
