Close to restaurants, shops, sidrerias etc ... 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Newly renovated. Ideal to take the pulse of the city of Gijón. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. It is located in Cimadevilla neighborhood, in the central district of Gijón located south of the Cerro de Santa Catalina (also called La Atalaya). It is the oldest part of the city, counting on archaeological vestiges belonging to the time of the Roman Empire, such as the wall or the Baths. The citizen charism of Gijón lives doubly in one of its neighborhoods with more essence. Cimadevilla has always had, and still conserves, the popular air, witness and protagonist of the most important historical events of the city. Ein tolles Appartment in einer tollen Stadt

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Angaben und ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner!

Die Übergabe und der nachfragende Kontakt während des Aufenthalts waren sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir haben neun Nächte in Gijon verbracht und waren erstaunt, was man in dieser Stadt im Herbst alles machen kann. Super war natürlich auch, dass man zwischendurch in seine Stadtwohnung zur Erholung zurückkehren konnte. Am Abend musste man für ein Getränk nur mit dem Fahrstuhl drei Stockwerke herunterfahren und schon war man wieder von Tapas und Co. umgeben. Toll! Die Wohnung lag übrigens ziemlich ruhig, da keine zweispurigen Straßen in der Nähe sind, das Treiben auf dem Plaza hörte man auch kaum.

Also insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
