Perfect for large families or a large group of friends visiting London. Stay in the UK capital in style! The property is less than 10 minutes away by foot from Sydenham and Penge East train stations. Once in the train, you will be able to travel directly to greater London! Sydenham train station is served by Overground, Southern and Thameslink lines. Reach easily and quickly any part of London! If you plan to use your own car or to rent one, the A212 is less than 3 minutes away from the property. This spacious house is the perfect place to stay if you plan to take a city break!

The house has all the modern appliances and fittings that you could possibly desire.The property is child-friendly, spacious and perfect for a lengthy break in one of the world’s most amazing cities.

Please note that the parking on the street is not restricted and our guests can park there as long as there is a free spot.

The living room is bright and spacious. It comprises comfortable seating including several large sofas. A flat-screen smart TV is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The dining area, close to the fireplace is equipped with a great table for up to eight guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped including kettle, coffee maker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc. The garden, perfect place where to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink on a summer's evening, is accessible from the kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom: A spacious bedroom with king size bed.

Second bedroom: A decent sized room with king size bed.

Third bedroom: A bright room with double size bed and armchair.

Fourth bedroom: A cosy single bedroom full of natural light.

There are two bathrooms in the house. Both of them are equipped with bath and over-bath shower.Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer.

There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

Guest access and interaction:

Guests will have access to the whole house. One of The London Residents Club will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

Sydenham is a historic village famous for its medicinal springs water! The area around the property is full of shops, bars and restaurants. The Horniman Museum, with an aquarium, stuffed animal and musical instrument collections, set in landscaped gardens, is within a walking distance from the property. Some of the best touristic attractions of UK's capital, like Big Ben, the Tower Bridge or the Millennium Eye, are less than 40 minutes away with public transportation. Take the opportunity to stay is such an incredible house, so close to Greater London!

Getting around:

House Rules - Additional Rules:

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 11

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties

• No candles

• Dispose of rubbish appropriately

• Keep the property clean and tidy

• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee

**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!

***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.

Spacious home, good location.

8 adults were able to fit comfortably in this home. Ample space and bathrooms. The house is located a short walk from two train stations so transport into the city is easy and convenient. The property manager was attentive before and during our stay. I'd definitely recommend!
