Independent villa lake garda

Villa Silvia is located at Ponte San Marco in Calcinato (BS) just 15 minutes drive from Desenzano del Garda, Brescia and Montichiari. The newly furnished house has an independent entrance with garden and a beautiful porch with seating and coffee table. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a double sofa bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with barbecue. Up the stairs, on the First Floor, there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) The rooms are composed of: - Bedroom 1: double bed, large wardrobe, 42 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning - Bedroom 2: double bed, large wardrobe, 40 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning - Room 3: 1 square and a half bed and 2.20 meter robotic length, wardrobe, 14 "LCD TV. There is a common pool used mainly by our family. Access to it is allowed only at the host's consent and at specific times: Monday to Friday at 10:30 to 11:30 and 15:00 to 16:30. Parking is located outside the property on a public plaza that is only 20 meters from the house. The house is part of a complex of 4 independent houses in which all my family live. It is important, therefore, to respect the neighborhood in particular in night time and the use of the home appropriately. We do not currently have Wi-Fi Internet access.
