Situated within an award winning Riverside Development, tube,train and bus terminals are all within 100 metres. The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard and tasteful throughout. With stunning river views, the spacious living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, seating and dining for 6, TV, DVD and CD. Waterfront balcony. A separate fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with king bed, large built-in mirrored wardrobe TV, DVD, CD and en-suite bathroom. An additional main bathroom.A second double bedroom is also available by prior arrangement.

Great location

We stayed in the apartment for six nights in late March. It worked great for our family (husband and I, grandma, and three kids under 11). The location was ideal since it was literally right next to the tube station at Vauxhaul. We ordered the Oyster Cards before we arrived and literally took the tube everywhere during our trip (the weather was rainy during our trip, so we didn't walk as much as we had planned). There is an app that makes traveling on the tube very simple. There also is a bus stop right outside of the apartment complex; however, we only used it one time so that the kids could ride one of the double decker buses. I had originally planned to stay in a more central location in London; however, with how convenient this is to public transportation, it really worked out ideally for our family. There also is a basic grocery store and coffee shop on the 1st level of the apartment complex.

As far as the apartment, it was just as pictured and described. It had great views of the river and city. We had one minor issue with one of the bathrooms and Gerry responded immediately to have it fixed. Gerry also was very helpful leading up to our trip and was quick to respond to our questions.

I would highly recommend this apartment, especially because it was so close to the tube station and you can easily get to almost any location in the city using public transportation. Getting to the Eurostar Station from the apartment was very easy. Getting to the apartment from the airport would have worked out well had it not been for a strike on one of the main lines the day we arrived.

Great location with excellent views - perfect start to a family trip to Europe

My husband, 4 children (aged from 11 - 19) and myself stayed here for 6 nights in December as our first stop on our European holiday. Communication with Gerry was excellent and she was very quick to respond to emails. Check in/out process was very easy through the concierge. Kids loved waking up and being able to look out the windows at Big Ben and the London Eye. Easy to walk to Westminster along the river. Perfectly located right next to Vauxhall underground station. Pret a Manger right downstairs and Tesco supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Apartment was just as it looked in the photos. Felt very secure with swipe access to apartment building. The only complaint was from the 2 boys who shared the sofa bed that it wasn't very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a London stay!

My husband, adult son, and I spent 4 nights here during the first week of December. We had never been to London and wanted to stay in a flat or home, as we always do in Europe, rather than at a hotel. For less than half of what 2 very basic hotel rooms would have cost, we enjoyed a large, well-kept, clean, and extremely convenient condo with beautiful views.

One of the best parts of the property is that it is literally steps away from Vauxhall Underground (you don't even have to cross the street). This meant that we could be anywhere tourists would likely go in London in less than 30 minutes (usually about half that), and no worry about taxi or long walk to get "home" at the end of a long day.

Gerri was extremely helpful on the booking and responsive at all times via email; her listing and photos are completely accurate. The entire arrival and key pickup/drop-off process (from concierge) was very easy. One point of information possibly useful to other Americans is that I would say that all 3 beds (1 in each of the bedrooms and the sofa bed) are basically larger than a double bed but smaller than a queen-size bed.

Perfect Bank Holiday weekend!

Just returned from a fabulous stay here with my husband and two boys aged 14 and 10. Booking was very easy as was checking in. The Vauxhall Tube station is metres away, so very handy. We wanted to be close to all the attractions and couldn't have been better located, not to mention my boys loving the fact that we were next door to MI6! Lovely evenings spent looking out to the river wondering if James Bond was working!!

The apartment is as described and was very clean, tidy and well maintained, the kitchen has everything you need. We ate in a couple of nights and I was able to whip meals up using all mod-cons. The bathrooms were clean and towels are provided. Plenty of running hot water for showers for 4, one after the other in the morning and again at night time. If you don't fancy making breakfast, you can wander downstairs - there is a Pret just waiting for you!

We did all the main attractions - Sea Life (very busy in August!!) The Shard (go up about 6.30pmish to stay and watch the sunset), Tower of London, Borough Market (great street food, even for allergy sufferers), V & A Museum and Tate Britain (its just a wander over the bridge), all with in easy access using the Tube. I recommend getting an Oyster Card. You just 'tap' as you go through the station. Check on your last journey as you may get a refund!

All in all a brilliant place to stay, have certainly told all my friends about this little treasure gem and will be returning. Thanks Gerry for a lovely hassle free weekend break. Mel, Andy, Chaz and Ollie

Great week long stay!

This was our first trip to London, traveling with my parents, my brother and husband and child. I'm so glad we chose to rent this flat rather than book 3 rooms at a hotel. The flat is in a beautiful complex with a Pret, Tesco, salon and restaurants on site. Tube station is practically on site, as well. Easy walk along the Thames to the Eye and Parliament area. View is exactly as pictured and beautiful at night. My father did have some issues with hot water but I'm not sure if it was a flat issue or building issue. We did not get to meet Gerry but picking up the keys went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a stay at this wonderful apartment, views were spectacular, the owner Gerri I cannot say enough about her overall concern of my family having the best stay possible in London. It is in a very nice apartment complex with a great location to all the places you want to visit. There is a tube stop right outside the building, as well as a grocery store. The apartment had all the conveniences anyone would need and more.IF YOU CAN STAY HERE>>>>>>>>>DO IT!! you will not be happier.
