The apartment has a double bed and two single beds, so is ideal for a family of four. It has two stunning modern bathrooms with showers, one with a tube, so you can really enjoy a relaxing holiday in this superb home away from home. A flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and children’s games mean that you can keep the family entertained during your evenings at home. There is an outside terrace, perfect for an al fresco meal or drinks. Soak in the lush English greenery with views over Bermondsey Spa Gardens which is just a minute away on foot.

Famous London Bridge and the futuristic Shard are just a 20-minute walk away from the apartment as well as the iconic Tower of London, Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast, a historical Royal Navy ship moored on the Thames. For a family, fun adventure goes to the London Eye for 20 minutes by taxi and take a ride for views across London that will blow you away. Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and Tate Modern can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and magnificent St. Paul’s Cathedral is a 20-minute ride away.

Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre, one of the biggest malls in Europe with 280 stores and 70 restaurants, is a 20-minute ride away from the property. You can get to beautiful Canary Wharf with plenty of shops and restaurants or Excel Exhibition Center hosting numerous events in 10 minutes by taxi. In 20 minutes by car, you will reach Greenwich with its beautiful park, market, the famous Cutty Sark clipper ship built in the XIX century, dozens of cafes and restaurants. The property is situated in the very new Aberfeldy Village designed by award-winning British architects Levitt Bernstein. You can buy anything you need from food to cosmetics and medicines in numerous shops near the Canning Town tube station just a short walk away or in a local grocery shop. Visit the Italian restaurant Pepenero (The Sphere, Unit Three, 114 Silvertown Way, Royal Docks) near the Canning Town station for their pizza and carpaccio. Be on trend and stay in this modern apartment located in a new stylish area. From here you will easily reach the city’s newest and most fashionable spots.

House Rules - Additional Rules:

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 6

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties

• No candles

• Dispose of rubbish appropriately

• Keep the property clean and tidy

• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee

**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!

***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.

Lovely spot but needs some maintenance...some furniture needs definite upgrading.

Fairly easy to get everywhere but bus/tube required. The neighborhood had a grocery store very handy as well as some nice places to eat.

Disappointment

The apartment has a beautiful living area including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that could have potential if it would be renovated. We were disappointed by the poor maintenance of the apartment: dirty walls and carpets, mold in bathrooms, showers and outdated toilets, the dishes were dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. The photos of the apartment on VRBO no correspond to reality.

We rented 4 accommodations during our stay in England and it was the worst. This is an agency that manages the rental of this apartment and this is the second time we do business with an agency and this is the last time. The agencies do not seem concerned about the quality of the services they rent. In short, we do not recommend this apartment until it is renovated.

Die Fotos sind mehrere Jahre alt....alles vorhanden aber stark abgewohnt, besonders die Bäder

Lage sehr gut.

Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Bäder in schrecklichem Zustand: die Dusche im 2. Bad konnten wir nicht benutzen, da die beiden Fliesenreihen vor dem Duscheinstieg so kaputt waren, dass man sich die nackten Füße verletzt hätte (im übrigen war der Duschkopf in dieser Dusche nicht zu befestigen, man müßte ihn ständig mit der Hand über den Kopf halten).

Die Küchengeräte waren okay, nur gibt es leider sehr wenig Besteck, so dass wir nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellen mussten (eine große Spülmaschine, die dann leider nur spärlich befüllt war, nicht sehr umweltfreundlich). Und das nicht, weil wir zu faul waren, per Hand zu spülen: in sämtlichen Waschbecken (Küche und Bäder) fehlten die Stöpsel....

Die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist aber sehr gut und das Haus ist sehr ruhig und man hört kaum Straßenlärm.

Unsere Mail mit den Mängeln, die wir direkt am ersten Tag an das Vermietungsunternehmen geschickt haben, wurde ignoriert und bis jetzt nicht beantwortet...
