Outstanding place to stay in St Andrews

Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen and a 5 min walk to market street and 10-15 min walk to the Old Course. Property agent was super kind and helpful. Would be perfect for four golfers or a small family. Can't speak highly enough of my experience staying here. I'd say its as good as it gets.

A lovely place to stay

This is a lovely rental that is beautifully appointed. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer all worked well and the knives were sharp. Beds were comfortable and the linens were crispy and luxurious. I highly recommend this perfectly located home

Lovely place to stay.

We came to St. Andrews to visit our son who is studying at the University for a semester, and also to play a little golf. 1Westburn Lane was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere including the Old Course. Our stay at St. Andrews was wonderful.

Location

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.

The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.

DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION: From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews. Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd. Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees). Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception. The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If you reach the "Fairmount Golf Hotel" then you have gone too far!

If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope in the safety box outside with your name and property booked printed on it. This will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.
