A further living area is located on the ground floor with armchair seating for 3 surrounding a decorative fireplace just perfect for cosy evenings in. The kitchen contains a feature range cooker with gas hobs and dining seating for 4. Solid wood worktops compliment the quality fitted kitchen units. There is also a pleasant outdoor courtyard area with bistro seating for 4.

Upstairs the property has a large family bathroom with a fabulous freestanding bath that really emphasises the ‘wow’ factor. The bathroom also features a large walk in shower and tiled flooring.

The master bedroom features a sumptuous super kingsize bed that also has the flexibility to separate into 2 single beds if preferred.
