About angela

A local Cornish girl who grew up in the village of Treen, my parents farmed Treen Farm, my husband Neil and I bought a converted barn on Houses Farm where we have lived since 1988.

angela purchased this apartment in 1988

Why angela chose Saint Levan

A converted single storey barn in the countryside near the sea with lovely beaches and walks. peace and quiet but in a village location. We overlook the Penberth valley where lots of the Poldark filming took place. The studio is accessed by a path which goes through your part of the garden, there are two lovely sitting areas with views over the Penberth valley. Car parking and walking from the studio to the coast and some of the most beautiful beaches and coves. We have lived in the village all my life I was born on the farm at Treen Farm. I have grown up in the village and now live on Houses Farm where the studio is part of the converted barn where we live. Changes through my lifetime have been experienced and remembered, there were 3 farms in the village as I grew up so we had 3 herds of cattle living on this beautiful part of West Cornwall. The campsite in the village was owned by my grand parents and is now run by Kevin my cousin, so lots of family history to share.

What makes this apartment unique

Penver studio is close to the beaches and you can holiday without the use of your car, so it can stay parked in our garden..You are able to enjoy the coast and the sea from the house 10 min and you are on the coastal footpath. We are a local family with farming families who have farmed this area for a good many years, so we have lots of information about the surrounding area.
