Located in the historic center of San Giovanni la Punta. Through the nearby motorway junctions it is possible to reach the center of Catania in a few minutes, Etna in 35 minutes and Taormina in 45 minutes. Fully furnished consisting of a sleeping area with double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a small kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and a lovely terraced garden.
Nothing suggests the discreet presence of a green space outside the house. The garden, partly paved to increase its usability, refers to the Arab cultural tradition which sees the garden in a closed and protected space where the presence of water has a strong symbolic connotation.
Some boundary walls of the external area are made dry, according to the Etna tradition, with unquared lava stone ashlars.
Other things to keep in mind
