Apartment with three bedrooms and six seats, two minutes from San Cristóbal beach, in Almuñecar, next to El Majuelo park, and Almuñecar Information and Tourism office, in the center of Almuñecar.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have bed linen, towels, wardrobe and windows outside.

Fully equipped kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.

It has two separate bathrooms with shower, one with a washing machine.

Large living room with air conditioning, wifi, outdoor terrace and views.

The apartment has its own parking space, swimming pool and community tennis court. The entire enclosure is closed to traffic. Large garden areas for children.

For accommodation in winter, quilts, and electric heaters are available.

In all cases, water and electricity costs are included. (Consult periods of more than three months)

The pool is only open during the summer period. (Months of July and August) Tennis court all year round.

We had a lovely stay in this well-equipped, comfortable, peaceful and conveniently located apartment. Easy parking, two minutes walk to the beach, supermarket just around the corner ... what more could you ask. Maria was superhelpful and also bought us some groceries since we were arriving on Sunday when the shops are closed. Almuñecar is a lovely town with a local feel, great beaches and a very long promenade for walks. Plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice appt. happy to return in future

Nice part of town, close to the beach, good bars and restaurants and everywhere walkable. Municipal market just up the street for all fish/veg/fruit/meat etc with a good bread shop close by. Easy walk into the old town to Bodega Francisco I. Both bathrooms with nice big walk-in showers (I'm tall and well built so this was important to me). Balcony got sun in the afternoon. Free parking very close but the garage came in handy when the town filled up during Semana Santa. Nice grounds, looked like it would be a good place even in summer (not too hot). Pool was being overhaouled (in April) for later. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Seriously considering re-booking - I usually change villa/appt. every year.

Perfecta ubicación, limpieza y comodidad

Hemos pasado un fin de semana perfecto en este apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa caminando. También nos ha gustado la limpieza y la comodidad en general. Charo una anfitriona genial, encantadora y atenta en todo momento..... el apartamento con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Volveremos seguro.

Muy buena comunicación, pendiente en todo momento

Piso muy espacioso y limpio, tal y como muestran las fotos. No le falta de nada. Está a 100 metros de la playa, con todo tipo de servicios alrededor. La plaza de garaje cerrada se agradece, con comunicación directa por ascensor al apartamento. La terraza también muy espaciosa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, problemlose Wohnungsübergaben, sehr gute Wohnungsausstattung, zwei Bäder für 6 Personen, Balkon, ruhige aber zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden.

l'ensemble correct

l'appartement bien situé proche de la plage et commerces, il est spacieux la terrasse offre un espace agréable mais il manque le mobilier pour les repas. Deux salles de bain donnent un confort pour une famille avec les enfants.

Une remarque à faire pour la propriétaire une seule la literie est vraiment médiocre le reste rapport qualité prix correct.
