Great location and amenities
We spent four days and had a great time. It was quiet, as it is off the main street. (half block). Restaurants, bus routes and convenience grocery stores all right at your doorstep. As this was over halfway through over Britain vacation, we had lots of laundry, and the unit has a great washer / dryer which we took advantage of. We also watched a couple DVD's and enjoyed the stay. We would highly recommend this unit. Well done, Sante !
Booked this apartment for our stay in Edinburgh for the fringe festival. A lovely little apartment; close to the city centre and very quiet neighbourhood. Nice facilities; the only think I would say is the patio door could do with looking at as it was difficult to lock and there was no hot tub which was advertised. However, having said that it was a great place to say. Thank you
Nicely appointed self contained apartment
Unit itself is very modern, clean and easy to get to. While surrounding area outside may not be as appealing, it is not at all noticeable once inside. And unit has a beautiful common garden area outside the back door. The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It exceeds what you see on the website.
Very Clean, Comfortable, and Spacious Apartment
We enjoyed the apartment lodging very much. After long days of walking and sightseeing it was always a welcome sight to come back to a nice clean, comfortable, and accommodating apartment. The pluses were the heating booster for the shower and the satellite TV channels. The only items that I saw that could you use some attention and or explanation are the address of the property and making sure there is enough hot water for showers. The address was confusing when we first were locating the apartment. Thanks to some other residents at the properties that informed us the first number of the address is the building number and the second number is the apartment number in the building. Even with the heating booster we had a couple showers that were a bit chilly. But overall this was a very enjoyable experience at this apartment. THANKS!!
We loved this apartment. It was nice to have a kitchenette, washer/dryer, TV, and memory foam bed. The directions to get into the apartment were easy as well.

The property is centrally located , well placed for Leith Walk, the city centre and many shops, bars and restaurant that are available in Leith Walk. The Main shopping area of Princess Street and Ocean Terminal are accessed via the good transport links. The main Waverley station is approx. 15-20 mins on foot.
