If you would like to kick back and relax in Hyde Park, go for a shopping in beautiful Portobello Road Market, or feel the spirit of romantic Notting Hill - our apartment is the best place for you, as all of these wonderful places are within walking distance. Right in the heart of one of the world’s greatest cities, 5 minutes away from the underground, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, this is the perfect location for any visit to London, whether it’s forbusiness, a family holiday or even a weekend adventure.

This apartment is ideally located within close proximity of the centre of London and its postcode retains a distinct identity - think Georgian terraces and leafy, garden squares on each street. Hyde Park, one of London’s beautiful Royal Parks is just steps away from the apartment and a serene place to enjoy a leisurely stroll. You’ll also find Kensington Palace and Princess Diana’s Memorial here which are a must see. If you are visiting the city for a shopping break, Oxford Street is less than fifteen minutes away on public transport where you’ll find your favourite high streets’ flagship stores. London has museums, galleries, iconic buildings and restaurants and bars aplenty. Just by the entrance, there is paid underground parking. Due to its central location some of London’s much loved areas and sights are easily accessible on foot but to get around other areas of London, the nearest station is Queensway Station, which is just a minute away. If you find yourself out late at night, then London Night Tube services are now running on the Central and Victoria lines.The Central line operates the closest to the property station - Queensway.

20 minutes walk to the south of your beautiful apartment is one of London’s most famous open spaces, Hyde Park. Hyde Park is one of England’s most beautiful parks, where you’ll find the Serpentine Gallery and Kensington Palace with Kensington Gardens spread out beside it, the winding Serpentine River and the proud Albert Memorial, all serving to make this an area of rich culture.

Other things to note:

This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance. The visits usually take place between 11 am and 5 pm

House Rules - Additional Rules:

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 5

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties

• No candles

• Dispose of rubbish appropriately

• Keep the property clean and tidy

• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee

**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!

***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.

Nice location, but a few surprises...

The apartment is conveniently located by two tube stations and Hyde Park, however it was advertised on the south side of Hyde Park and the rental agency took no responsibility for this.

The apartment was quiet, but not as clean as it should have been. Washer/dryer took for ever to do a load. The shower drain was plugged up and they had to send a plummer. In the end we didn't spend much time there so ok, but a disappointment before the vacation started.
