After 8 years building up a portfolio of eight successful holiday apartments (88378 first and second floor), 811627, 97558 1980947 and 93243 and 8460118) we have brought together all our experience to bring you what we believe, is our best product to date. This 1400 sq foot grand apartment has a hugely spacious private terrace with enough space for two families to enjoy al fresco dining.It really feels more like a house than an apartment – but amazingly, it is situated in the very heart of Old Town. It is in the same building as the one-bedroom apartment 1980947 but provides enough space for one or two families to relax in.

There is a large, luxurious kitchen and lounge dining area, it has a TV and small office, huge master bedroom with another TV and additional lounge seating. The third bedroom is off the second bedroom and there is a large bathroom (twin sinks) and two toilets. There is also plenty of storage space for suitcases etc.

The large private terrace overlooks a beautiful well maintained garden. The garden is shared but never used by the other residents in the building and is ideal if you have small children or a pet.

The apartment comes with all mod-cons including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, large whirl pool bath, private on-site parking spot in the courtyard of the building. Large comfortable beds with thick mattresses in bedrooms which face the garden guarantee a perfect night’s sleep.

This grand Old Town square apartment is decorated with taste and experience blending antique, old-world charm with flashes of modern flare to bring a perfect balance between historical style and practical comfort. About Ilan and Veronika Morris

My wife and I bought our first Prague property in 2004 and have since built up a portfolio of eight holiday apartments with a value of approx 137m CZK/6,5 m USD, of which approx 1,7 m USD is owned and the rest leased. We specialize in short-term rentals which we manage together with a small team through our sro MJMorris Apartments and Developments.

We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer.

We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living.

We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. Comfort and luxury in the heart of Old Town Prague

Ilan and Veronika's apartment was perfect for our family vacation. There are 3 bedrooms so our two adult sons each had their own room. In addition, there are two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room (part of the master bedroom) and dining area. Loved the spacious deck overlooking a lush garden and the location. Step outside and you are in lively Old Town with jazz music permeating the air and church bells ringing on the hour. Lovely!

Wonderful Apartment in Old Town

This Old Town Prague apartment has been beautifully renovated with two large connected bedrooms and a third bedroom off the living room. There is a large bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub (we didn't try it), shower and double sink. The half-bath is across the hall from the two adjoining bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern. The best part is the lovely terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It's a great place for morning coffee or evening drinks. Although the location is in the middle of Old Town, the apartment is quiet and private. There is a jazz club close by and they play lovely music that you can listen to from the apartment. The music stops about 9 - 10 pm so it is not intrusive at all. And the best ice cream place in all of Prague is only a block away!

Ilan and Veronika are excellent hosts. They met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked from the washer/dryer (yes, a real dryer) to the TV. They also spent time telling us about the city, gave us a map with their favorite places marked and left a huge book on the restaurants of Prague. They took time to ensure we were comfortable and gave us great advise on navigating Prague.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Prague.

Utter Perfection

LOOK NO FURTHER - OUTSTANDING ON ALL LEVELS!

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT:

HOSTS: Ilan and Veronika: Incredibly lovely hosts. Months prior to our arrival they answered every single email promptly and in detail. Veronika gave us wonderful ideas. On arrival, Ilan met us at the apartment promptly and gave us the tour. He explained everything in clear detail along with instruction booklets. Ilan is kind, charming and helpful, always available. I wish we would have had the opportunity to meet Veronika - THANK YOU, VERONIKA FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!

THE APARTMENT: Immaculate, beautifully appointed, every room grand. Kitchen has everything necessary, bright, very very quiet. Bathroom large, 2 sinks, large shower and tub, bright with large mirror. Large supply of towels and washcloths. Washer/Dryer in large bathroom. Hair dryer provided. The only downside of shower is water pressure - slow - which means your shower time will be longer, but plentiful supply of hot water. Lovely patio and private garden with table and chairs to seat at least 5-6 people.

There is a lovely Italian restaurant just 2 doors down called, “Il Palazzo.” Authentic food in a 600 year old building that is decorated beautifully. We ate their twice and food was outstanding. Chef from Rome.

Supermarket is only 0.2 miles called “Tesco” and has everything you might need. Brush up on your Czech language skills, English speaking folks! It’s all guesswork, but we did just fine and didn’t come home with mystery items.

There is also a powder room with sink and toilet. Beds very comfortable, not too hard or soft. Fluffy down pillows. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Two sets of apartment keys provided.

NEIGHBORHOOD: You can walk to everything and all the important sites are close by. Quiet, clean.

In closing, I would stay here again unequivocally! We have stayed in many apartments in Europe and these hosts are some of the absolute best!

well appointed, spacious homely and clean property

The property was extremely well appointed - within in easy walking distance of the sights of the old town. It is quiet at night. We were greeted by Misa who was extremely helpful in suggesting good restaurants and what to avoid. The taxis service that can be organised with the owners was excellent with friendly and efficient staff. All the arrangement with the owners were efficient and any queries quickly responded to. The flat itself was extremely clean, and comfortable beds and furniture. Balcony was great. Kitchen was well equipped and lovely big bathroom. Overall, excellent value for money. We would not have changed a thing. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to get food for breakfast easily from nearby supermarket and eat out the rest of the time. Plenty to see in Prague - a really beautiful and accessible city. We had a party of 4 which worked very well - plenty of room for 3 couples (although one bedroom is accessed through another). We would recommend this property very highly.
