Newly built in Summer 2017, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located on the top floor of a 3 storey private condominium in the sought after area of Porto de Mós in Lagos - the condominium itself constructed by a highly renowned builder known for using high quality finishings through out.

Light and airy open plan apartment for which the pictures do not do justice! If apartments had stars ratings this would be highly rated.

From the kitchen terrace enjoy great vies views across to Meia Praia beach and in the distance and the ever present Monchique mountains, whilst the large terrace off the living area has unrivaled views of the Atlantic ocean.

Decorated tastefully to a very high quality with tones of green inviting the ever changing landscape of the Atlantic Ocean into the open plan living space.

The living area has a 55 inch flat screen TV with Portuguese cable TV available and free wireless internet and seating for 4 on cream coloured suede sofas with green throws. The living area spills out on to the large terrace which has a another "corner" sofa and table with 2 stools. It is from here that the unrivaled sea views can be truly appreciated.

The dining area has an extendable dining table with seating for up to 6

The galley kitchen has brown marble counter tops flecked with gold and there is also seating for 4 on comfortable white leather stools. Equipment includes two ovens, one of which can be used as a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee machine and all other mod cons whilst the washing machine is tucked away in a cupboard on the kitchen terrace. The kitchen terrace has a table and 4 chairs and catches the morning sun.

The twin bedroom has access to a shower room and the master bedroom is fitted with a double bed with a bathroom en-suite with a large walk-in shower and rain shower head.

Air con is fitted in both bedrooms as well as the living room, although with the breeze coming off the Atlantic we doubt it will be required.

This newly finished private condominium consists of 5 blocks, all sharing large, free-form children's and adults pools. A small, yet serviceable gym is to follow but is not yet available, hence the introductory rental rates for this first season of 2017 .

The charismatic town of Lagos is only 2.5 km away and the stunning beach of Porto de Mós is just 1.1km - 0.7 miles away . The closest mini market is 600 m away and the closest hypermarket is less than 2 km away.

This apartment is ideal for those looking for somewhere a little more special for their holidays.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. Please note the owner would accept babies and young children up to the age of 2, sleeping in a cot, and children over the age of +/-10 years

Loved the apartment, very well equipped with everything you could ever need for your holiday, especially in the kitchen. The outside space was great and we made great use of it, the pool area was lovely, very quiet. We walked into Lagos town each night for dinner, which only took about twenty minutes and a taxi home at night was only 5 euros. Would definitely go back in the future.

Fantastic apartment

A modern, bright, well equipped apartment which allows a lovely breeze to sweep through due to its 3rd floor position. Lovely view of the sea, everything you could want is at hand. The apartment is about a 15 min walk from the beach, car recommended.

Zeer luxe appartement met mooi uitzicht op zee.

Wij verbleven hier voor 5 dagen met ons gezin. Het is een zeer mooi appartement in de buurt van de zee. Afstand tot het strand iets meer dan 1 kilometer, wel via een steile weg. Het dorp is op 15 minuten lopen. Supermarkt is ook dicht bij.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is zeer luxe ingericht. In de middag kan je genieten van de zon op het balkon. Bolkan is wel volledig overdekt.

Très belle appartement

L'appartement est simplement magnifique !!! Très bien équipé, De belles prestations et une terrasse sublime. La résidence dispose de deux grande piscines mais l'eau y est un peu froide. Le seule point noir est l'environnement, côté entrée car terrain en friche et habitations vieillissantes, on a un très grand contraste avec la résidence. Prévoir un véhicule pour se déplacer.

The residence has two large pools but the water is a little cold. The only bad point is the environment, on the entrance side because uncultivated land and ageing dwellings, we have a very big contrast with the residence. A car would be an advantage.
