The apartment is situated beside a river with footpath and cycle path running alongside. It has an outside balcony with a table and chairs (not facing the river). There is an undercover parking space allocated to the apartment and plenty of visitor parking. The front door is accessed via steps or a ramp and there is a lift to the 1st floor apartment. There are wardrobes with hangers, an iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities, broadband and TV. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for the 3rd and 4th guest.

The neighbourhood
Ideal for events at the Liberty Stadium, a few minutes walk from the apartment. Also minutes from the Morfa Retail Park which has great shops such as Next (including Home), coffee shops, a supermarket, a Harvester and Frankie and Benny's. Just 10 minutes drive away is Swansea City Centre with its many bars, restaurants, shops, train station etc. Another 15 minutes or so and you are in the wonderful Mumbles with access to the Gower Peninsular.
