Hello, I work as an Avionics Electrical engineer on the Red Arrows and Hawk T1, I am a mother, a Hypnotherapist. I have two ex-street dogs rehomed from Cyprus called Thea and Jake and my dad's jack Russell Susie. I have many children and grandchildren. Just couple of youngsters now at home and a teenager. I love living in North Wales, strange going back to England where I pronounce road names in Welsh. Can't wait to get back again to Wales after a visit. This area to live in is just awesome
Why Jules chose Y Felinheli
The flat is a mixture of contemporary and rustic vintage chic. It does need a little work here and there, I am slowly restoring features. a homely place which is clean and welcoming. There is a entrance hall before the living space where you're able to deal with your wet clothes, boots and other equipment. I am afraid there is no washing machine at present and the central heating boiler is in the cupboard to which we will leave instructions for. It is a Victorian building and still has some orginal features like the mahogany wooden stair rail, box sash windows and a Welsh slate fire place in the lounge. There are beautiful views from all rooms. It is a light warm space. An ideal place for artists, writers, photographers and musicians to get inspired and create. We are at the foot of Snowdonia and on the banks of the Menai Straits. Splendid area to moor your yacht or boat if you have one. There are moorings if you would like to get in touch with me in the enclosed harbour. It's a gorgeous, unique place and central for exploring

I've just returned from a short holiday in Jules' apartment and am very pleased to say that it was exactly as described. In fact, the photos didn't do it justice. It was tastefully furnished and very well equipped. My niece and nephews loved it, especially Thomas. He's on the autistic spectrum and can be hard to please, but he didn't want to come home!!
It had fantastic views of the Menai Straits and Anglesey - being a short drive from the bridges - and is close to local amenities and the beach. The off road parking is handy as well. Jules is also very helpful and approachable.
Excellent place to explore the delights of North Wales.
Excellent flat, great views
This property is a real gem, Tardis like not much outside but wonderful inside. Fantastic views, very comfortable. just a shame we were only there for 2 days, will definitely return.
Beautiful property, tastefully presented with a real Zen feel!!
The property has been well prepared for visiting families and parties. The location was ideal and communication excellent. I was pleased with how much thought had been empalhasied on our ability to just open the door and sink in, with items available for use - such as resources for open fire, sleeping accommodation and clothes washing items/products. If there was a single gripe, it would be just to have known there was no TV - a minor thing really, but nice to prepare yourself to entertain young children in other ways then banging in a movie a little more after a long day!😊 (Matt - Birmingham, UK)
