We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious. The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.

Beautiful, well-kept property.

We had a lovely time staying in this condo with another couple during the last week of August. We had everything we needed to make a relaxing vacation, especially when we had inclement weather, due to the remnants of Hurricane Harvey! The beds were very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the location, almost the center of Destin, was ideal. The only hitch was the cracked coffee pot, but management was very prompt in replacing that for us. We met the owners on the last day, and they were very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely choose this property again!

Awesome! Totally updated condo with everything you need! Couldn't be any happier!

We stayed in unit 3045. So tower 3, 4th floor. A GREAT place. 2 bedroom/2 bath. The entire unit is updated and furnished very well. Everything is well taken care of and very clean.

All of the appliances are very clean and new. It has all of the necessities. A large pantry in the kitchen. Everything You need to stay and play. Kitchen utensils, furniture, board games, and washer and dryer are brand new.

A huge king size memory foam bed in the master and 2 queen memory foam beds in the 2nd bedroom. All of them very comfortable.

A large smart tv in the main area and both bedrooms have flat screens in them. The master bedroom has a great view out of the large windows to the ocean.

The master bath is super! Great shower and his/her sinks with a large counter top. The 2nd bath is also very nice.

A balcony with table and chairs over look the views of the ocean.

It is very obvious that the owner takes great care of the unit.

Overall a GREAT place! We will be back!

The condo was excellent. Very nicely remodeled and very clean. Nice open floor plan and easy to be in with a family of boys. We had a great time and plan on renting here each year.

A $400 deposit is required to hold the reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to starting rental date.

A $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit is required on all bookings. This deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, if there are no damages. An alternative option is a $45 damage protection fee that covers up to $3,000 worth of accidental damage. (Missing items do not count as accidental damage.) This fee is nonrefundable.

Saturday change over on summer and peak summer rentals.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
