Shoreline Towers is almost finished with a major construction project. This unit is fully open and ready for your enjoyment as of February 1st, 2024. The remaining work (mostly involving the ground floor garage) on this tower will be completed in March , and the work on the entire complex is scheduled to be completed in April.

Unit #3045: This open floor plan has 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms and is located in Tower 3. There are gulf views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, and the balcony. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets and a walk-in pantry. There is new flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 42 in., smart flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 39 in., smart, flat screen TV. The living room has a 65 in., smart, flat screen TV. The property is located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. New washer and dryer for your convenience. Along with the free Wi-Fi, it is a guarantee for a great stay at Shoreline Towers.

Relaxing Beach Stay

This property was exactly what my family with two young children (3 and 4 year olds) were looking for to get away! Clean room with a beach view! The pool at the facility was also a nice relaxing space that our kids enjoyed when they wanted an easier swim. Very happy with our stay.

July Vacay

Very nice rental unit. Up to date, beautiful floors and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and nice. The balcony was disappointing, covered with old carpet that covered your feet with sand. We barely used it. The unit was fairly clean, the floors should have been cleaned a little better. The beach is not very accessible for people that want to use their own umbrella and chairs. Too many umbrellas rentals take up most of the beach.

Great Place

I would stay here again. Everything as listed had items for beach in closet. Kids enjoined the stay. Beach was beautiful and very clear water.

We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious. The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
