The apartment is stragically located in the historical centre of Florence, in front of Train Station, at the fourth floor with elevator, can accommodate a family of up to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment is just a ten minutes' walk from all the most important attractions the city has to offer: Congress Palace, Exhibition Center, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and many more.

There's also a great choice of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, a mini market and much more, all close by.

Florence Peretola international airport (FLO) is 20 minutes away by taxi or coach and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just a 30 meters. Taxi Station is a 20 meters; Shuttle to/from Pisa Airport (PSA) is a 30 meters.

Excellent apartment.

Excellent apartment handy to station on arrival and easy to meet Alberto to let us in and show us around. It is extremely handy to all the visitor attractions in Florence with restaurants 5 mins away, Duomo 10 mins and Uffuzi 15 mins. Kitchen has all you need though we only used it for breakfast.

Amazing Florence Apartment!!!

This apartment has so many good points and firstly the location is perfect and it is quiet considering it is in such a central part of the city. The accommodation was excellent, very clean, bright, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. Alberto and his wife met us when we arrived and were very helpful showing us everything and how it worked and they kept in touch with us during our stay and there for us if we needed help with anything which was reassuring. It was great having the bus station and train station so close for planning our day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Siena. There was a supermarket literally round the corner where we got our essentials and there are lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Florence is a beautiful city with so much to see and it is all within a walking distance from this apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to visit it again ourselves one day soon. Thank you Alberto for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful and clean. Kitchen appliances new and heavenly to cook. Clean toilets and Grohe showers!

Visited Florence with my wife and 9 year old child. Alberto received us at the main door which is just across the SMN station. He and his wife showed us around the apartment. Security is good with two big locked doors down in the entrance and two doors on the 3rd floor. The door on the third floor is just opposite to the lift. Make sure you keep the keys to open the doors on the ground floor. When you check out come down with the keys to open the locks and keep the main door open or else you will be locked inside! Make sure about the main door at the entrance is open before you leave keys in the apartment before you check out! The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed cooking. The Mercato Centrale is a couple of hundred meters away to buy fresh produce. Conad supermarket is just round the corner. McDonald's just in the same block for a quick breakfast. Thanks Alberto for everything. Will stay again if we visit Florence.

Excellent accomodation -- what more could you ask

We are a family of four and chose to spend 4 nights in Florence. Our accomodation choice could not have been better ! The Apartment was situated in a great location, was clean, nicely furnished, plenty of space and very convenient for all the sights, restaurants, and supermarkets in Florence. There are two bathrooms with showers, kitchen area was well equipped, with views from the windows over towards Santa Maria Novella Church and the station area. Perfect for the trains taxi's and airport buses. We planned to meet Alberto and his wife, who were very friendly and went that extra mile to be helpful. Our son has allergies to different foods and we asked Alberto if he would prepare some notes in Italian that we could show to shops and restaurants. Alberto was very accommodating and could not have done any more for us --thank you. Customer service is A* and we would certainly recommend this property to others with out a doubt. Florence is a beautiful city with plenty to do, we only wish we could have stayed longer in this apartment too.Thank you so much Rob,Jane & family.

Florence Apartment

Five of us stayed in Alberto’s roomy, clean, and nicely designed two bedroom apartment with elevator. The location across the street from the train station made it so easy to access taxi’s, tour meeting point, as well as buses. Loved the grocery store being around the corner. Highly recommend.
