Beyond perfect!
We stayed here from mid-December 16', to March 4th, as we needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. During that time, Frank and Barb were a pleasure to deal with. Their instructions were very clear when we arrived, and everyone that we encountered within the Bellerive community was wonderful. The condos are perched directly above La Peep's, so if you don't want to make yourself breakfast in the morning, just follow the smells of waffles wafting down the hallway from downstairs. The condo itself had everything we needed to feel at home. Literally all the kitchen equipment you'll need to prepare food during your stay is ready to rock n' roll, plus there's also a grill ready to use on the patio. The view is spectacular in the morning, and during New Year's, we were able to see the fireworks from the condo windows. Because the windows are Southwest facing, sunsets flood light and warmth into the condo. The only thing better than having your stay perfectly prepared for, is having it in a beautiful building, in a beautiful location. The best part of the location obviously is that you're both in Riverstone where you really don't have any need to use your vehicle since everything's within walking distance, and also being directly on the Centennial Trail, you can either walk, or bike to the beach/downtown CDA area, or head the other direction up north towards the Kroc Center, or Post Falls/Spokane area via the paved trails. These bike paths connect you to all over the region so you can go car free while exploring. If nothing else, you can just walk a lap around Riverstone park’s little lake. This is certainly a location we’d highly recommend you bring your bikes with with you to though. If you’re looking for some great hikes during your stay, Canfield Mountain (best evening view of the town), Marie Creek Trail, Mineral Ridge, and of course, Tubbs are all very close. If you’re staying awhile, there’s no outdoor experience we could possibly recommend more than Scotsman Peaks Trail. It’s arguably one the best hikes in the Northwest, with mountain goats that will come right up to you near the summit, but that is about a 2-hour drive away unlike the other hikes. Thursday’s there’s a summer vendor fair on the main street in Riverstone along with outdoor concerts, and Wednesday’s there’s a farmer’s market on 5th & Sherman. Whatever you choose to do, this rental is by far going to be the best place to do it from. Not even the CDA Resort is this intimate.
