Great 3 bedroom contemporary property, Recently redecorated in August 2014 to maintain our recent high standards. Owned by the same owner as Hazeldene and presented to the same high standard and colour scheme with 3 beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Free cable TV and internet access.Gorgeous oak flooring, soft comfortable furnishings and luxurious décor throughout. This modern mews town house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a great small private courtyard. This property can sleep up to 14 people with use of 2 double sofa beds. Fresh bright walls and colourful furniture make this house an ideal base for a visit to Brighton, available for weekend stays, holidays and family bookings.

We booked the house for the weekend as there were 10 of us coming to Brighton, and we were highly impressed when we arrived. It looked lovely in pictures, and completely lived up to out expectations. As regards the size, it comfortably slept 10 of us and we had plenty of room to eat together and relax. The house was spotless, and very well maintained. We were lucky to have good weather, which meant that we enjoyed a stroll along the seafront as far as Brighton Pier, but there was also plenty of public transport available and in the evenings a taxi was very reasonably priced too. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax with a big group, and yet still be within a stones throw of Brighton's beaches, night-life and amenities then this house is absolutely perfect!

Great house, great location

We stayed in this house as a group of about 10 guys for a stag weekend. The house suited us perfectly. It was impeccably clean, in a great location a short stroll from the waterfront, and had plenty of room for all of us. Andrew was also a pleasure to deal with, and responded incredibly quickly to any queries I had. Recommended!

Was extremely happy with the overall experience 😊

Lovely house! Perfect size for 10 woman on a Hen Do. Great kitchen size for us all to sit around the table and have dinner/ cocktails/games together with. Location is perfect as it is only a short distance to the beach and pier. Great night life. Taxi fares are very reasonable....everything is very reasonable to be honest. Deposit was paid back within a few hours. Had such an amazing time!

Andrew was very approachable and easy to talk to.

Perfect space, great location, great owner.

The house was beautiful. We came for my Hen Do and it was in a perfect location and perfect space. Andrew was lovely as well. Definitely looking to come here again. Handed the security deposit on the Friday and by Sunday afternoon I had it back it my account. Perfect. Loved it. Thank you very much!

Brilliant weekend in brighton. Perfect accomodation.

Thanks so much to andrew for providing us group of 13 girls the perfect accomodation for my sisters hen weekend. The house was so clean and it had everything you could need. It was also in a brilliant location as we were able to walk easily down the the peer have a few we bar stops along the way. Brighton did not dissapoint at all and I would certainly reccommend this house for large groups coming to the area. You wont be dissapointed. Thanks again andrew for all your help. 😁 carol

Fantastic property for a big group gathering

I booked Andrews house for 13 girls. We stayed last weekend. 12th august 2016. It was my daughters Hen weekend. We were met by Andrew on arrival. He was a lovely man.He firstly gave me a tour of his house. To show me where things were. The house was the perfect size for us all. Very clean. Had a lovely homely feel. kitchen and lounge are on the same level. This gives the house, the ideal social space. As we were full to capacity. We had two sleeping in lounge. This was not a problem. The lounge could be closed off, if needed.So as not to disturb anyone sleeping. This left any early risers free to use kitchen. 3 bathrooms meant no queue for loo too!. And meant no problem getting us all ready, for our night out saturday. We stayed in to play games, and party our 1st night. I was worried about the noise level. As property is not detached. We were a rather lively lot. It wasn't an issue though. Might be worth considering this when booking. All in all, this is the perfect house for a big group. I would definately recomend Andrews property. Thankyou so much Andrew. We had a great weekend. Shame it's now over.

A great house in Brighton!

We stayed here in July 2016 - a hen party of 14. We had a great time - the house has a good layout. It was good that there were 3 bathrooms! It had everything we needed. We managed to fit 10 of us round the table and didn't really ever need to fit more. The property was very clean. Andrew was great - he communicated well before and during our stay.

It is a central location - a taxi from the train station was £6 and it took about 20 minutes to walk to the pier.

I would recommend this property - particularly for a hen party!

The deposit was back in my account before I had got home!
