Signature Scottsdale is a great place to stay. It is truly resort like with lush landscaping, two pools, hot tub, fire pit and a fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, sauna and steam room. Shopping and dining are only steps away.

This condo is located on the first floor close to the largest pool, Bbq area and fitness center. It has one bedroom with a plush king size bed for a great night's rest. The couch also folds out with a full size memory foam mattress to accommodate additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to whip up a great meal and serve it. A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit.

Scottsdale Wedding Weekend

What a fabulous place to stay. This location provides easy access to all of Scottsdale, and Phoenix. The condo was clean and included all the comforts/amenties Oh, I’m sorry I’m sorry of home. Easy 0.3 mile walk to AJ’s fine food market that has everything your heart desires while on vacation. The host provided timely communication, and was available if needed. Don’t look any further this condo has it all.

Very Nice Property - Caring Owner / Manager

Everything was as billed. Though the view out the window was to adjacent building, it was even a choice location with little noise from roads. Was convenient to the HOA amenities and the owner kept the property well stocked with essentials+ more. We were with others staying in other units. All were happy - but our unit had little extras the others were missing and was away from some who had road noises compared to our very peaceful stay. I cannot give a higher recommendation. Location had many ++++

Scottsdale Trip

Host communicated day of arrival to check in on our arrival and make sure everything was in order. We arrived late (after dark) it was nice that the lights were on for our arrival.

Enjoyed condo

Worked well....though I later discovered my conference site in Scottsdale was a good 30 drive each way...but other than that, we found everything as we hoped.

Condo in Scottsdale

Very nice, clean and well stocked condo. Gail was great to deal with and spent the extra time to check in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely a property we would stay at again.
