Lovely apartment with pool and gardens, close to beach.

Free Wifi Beautiful apartment, close to Santa Ana beach. The apartment is well furnished and has a huge terrace with stunning views of the sea and barbecue. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi internet. It is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a communal swimming pool ( open all year), gardens, lift and private parking. The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina, but is located in a quiet street. You can also visit Parque Palomo, SeaLife, Benalmadena Pueblo and Marbella. It is also possible to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibralter and Ronda. You can even visit Morocco!

The apartment is in Benalmadena Costa, which is to the west of Malaga and is 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous Marina, which has many international restaurants. You do not need to hire a car at this apartment.

Benalmadena is a municipality of the province of Malaga, consisting of three main urban areas; Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga is about 12 km to the west, with Marbella to the East. The area has grown rapidly in recent decades due to tourism and has become one of the Costa del Sol's prime locations.

Benalmadena Costa is home to the majority of the areas attractions, the most important are the beautiful beaches.There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and the area retains a relaxed friendly atmosphere all year round.

With such a wide and varied array of activities and things to do, any visitor will be never have a moment of boredom when visiting Benalmadena, a town which is truly more then just a resort.

Places to visit

A promenade stretches along the coast to the Puerto Marina (Marine Port), which boasts excellent shopping and dining. The marina is also home to The Sea Life Centre, home to all types of marine wild life.

You can take a stroll around to look at the floating hotels and millionaire’s yachts and at night the Puerto Marina becomes a party zone.

La Paloma Park is a gorgeous location in the center of Benalmadena Costa. There is a stunning array of flora and fauna, plus a menagerie of animals including hens, rabbits, goats and exotic birds. The park is beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and rocky waterfalls, which run down to the lake. There are two bars within the park where you can relax into the evening listening to the calls of peacocks.

Beside La Paloma park, you can visit Selwo Marina, the sister to Selwo Adventure Park. Modeled around different locations in South America, you can view close up dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, exotic birds and snakes. Recently a penguin habitation has been installed giving a glimpse of the Antarctic in Andalucia.

We chose this property to join our small list of properties in the Costa Del Sol because it is such a lovely apartment. It is close to the beach but still in a quiet area. It has a HUGE terrace with amazing views of the sea. In our opinión this apartment offers extremely good value for money. It is comfortable, well equipped and close to everything.

What makes this apartment unique

We feel that the area of Benalmádena and Costa del Sol has everything to offer a perfect vacation. The area has great beaches, wonderful parks, lots to do and is close enough to visit the great cities of Andalucia and the beautiful White villages. Come and discover Andalucia.

In July of this year me, my husband and our son went to Benalmadena for a week to enjoy our holiday. We were very pleased by the location of the appartment, it's very close to the beach, the benalmadena puerto marina with nice shops and restaurants. Also in the same street there is a taxi rank.



The facilities in the appartmnet where also very good. Two balcony's. One large balcony with a lovely view at the sea! Everything was clean and setup with enough space! We will come back some day, definetely.

This was one of the best apartments i have stayed in while on vacation , the location is excellent and close to many bars, restaurants and shops with the beach only 80 metres away.

The apartment itself is very spacious with a massive balcony inc barbecue with stunning views over the med and i would definetely stay here again.

Amazing

The apartment in benalmadena we stayed in was luxurious, large, huge terrace, all the amenities and more. The beach to the marina was a few minutes walk away, but all the shops were literally on your doorstep, hardly any noise due to bars being not so far away triple glazing on all windows in bedrooms, fully air conditioned. Will go back to this fab apartment.

Great apartment in a great location.

The location of this apartment was perfect for us, literally a few minutes walk away from shops,the nearest supermarket & bars / restaraunts etc, but perfectly peaceful enough to enjoy lazing around on the terrace. Can easily walk to the marina or nearest beach in 5-10 mins.

The apartment itself is quite large compared to those we've rented in Spain in the past. The main bedroom is en suite and there's a separate 2nd bathroom. It's the first time we've had an appt. with 2 bathrooms and with a teenager in tow it made a big difference. There were plenty of towels in both bathrooms, they were a bit on the small side though, no bath towels. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, the aircon units worked well and weren't obtrusive in terms of noise etc.

The kitchen is a decent size with a little terrace off it, nice to sit with breakfast and watch the comings and goings of the green parakeets that were in residence in a palm tree on the other side of the road.

The main living / dining area is well furnished and air conditioned but we didn't really use it that much because of the terrace, which is probably this appt's main feature.

It's big enough to accomodate a 3 piece garden suite & table, couple of sun loungers, separate table and chairs for dining and a pretty big gas bbq which we used a few times while we were there. We couldn't actually find any bbq tools but managed to get by with a pair of tongs we found in a kitchen drawer. Shade during the day can be provided by a couple of overhead blinds which operate by remote control. We'd actually been in the appt. for a few days before we figured that one out!

This is where we spent most of our time at the appt. as it's big enough to use as actual living space which is really what you want when the weather is good.

Our airport transfers were arranged for us by the caretaker Sole, apart from that we didn't really need to have any contact with her while we were there, although she did text us to give us advance warning of a forecast for strong winds one day to make sure we moved anything off the terrace that might get blown away.

It was our first time in Benalmadena and we've already decided that we'd like to go back, if we do go back it'll be to this appt.

God lejlighed. Meget fin terrasse. Man kunne ønske sig en dør til toilettet i forbindelse med sovevæ

God lejlighed. Dejlig stor terrasse. Alt fungerede med ankomst, nøgler etc.

I soveværelset med bad i forbindelse er det en mangel, at der ikke er en dør til bad/toilet.

Het interieur is niet direct onze smaak,maar ja smaken verschillen

De caretaker was vriendelijk en punctueel

Is zeker een aanrader

We hadden wel pech, op het app er boven begon men met verbouwingen.

Dus kloppen boren hameren van s morgens tot savonds

Niet leuk!

Weer viel tegen maar daar is homeaway natuurlijk niet voor verantwoordelijk

Besluit:zeker voor herhaling vatbaar,maar dan zonder bouwwerf
