Combe Martin boasts its own harbour and sheltered sandy bay that offers spectacular views across the water to the dramatic Hangman Hills of Exmoor and beyond. The village also has a 17th century inn Post Office bakery butchers chemist and garage. Walkers and nature lovers will be in their element in this dog friendly area with the South West Coast Path and Exmoor National Park with breath-taking views are just a short walk away from the property. There are numerous beaches within easy reach including Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands which will appeal to both surfers and beach lovers alike. Local attractions include Watermouth Castle Tunnels Beach and Ilfracombe harbour is great to explore with fantastic restaurants. The house is accessed via the garden area and set of shallow steps which lead to a spacious covered porch ideal for an evening drink or just to sit quietly with a good book. On entering the property you are greeted by a mosaic floor entrance hall on your right is the lounge with stylish decor and furnishings Smart TV/DVD and Wii games console. To your left is a large lounge/diner with plenty of room for large groups to dine and socialise. Straight ahead is the spacious and contemporary kitchen/diner a great social space and ideal for keen cooks with a Range electric oven and gas hob microwave American style fridge/freezer dishwasher and coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is a utility area/boot room with washing machine and a separate shower room with shower and WC ideal for sandy feet and rinsing wetsuits. Heading upstairs there are six bedrooms one single with TV one twin two king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower and WC and one further king-size with views and 1 bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a separate WC and a bathroom with hand held shower and WC on this floor. Stepping outside there is a small courtyard at the rear but the main garden is at the front of the property and is terraced with a patio area garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is ample off-road parking for up to six cars.
