On the seafront, with magnificent panoramic seaviews of Ramsgate's blue flag beach and out to France. The flat is only moments from the beach and a short walk to the town centre and the Royal Harbour.
The flat is on the top floor of a grand Georgian terrace house very close to Ramsgate town centre. There are 2 quiet bedrooms (one double bed and one set of bunks) at the rear of the property. The large, bright and modern lounge/kitchen which provides a panoramic view out to sea, has been tastefully furnished and has a light and airy feel. All of the home comforts you would expect are provided, including fresh linen and bath towels.
We hope that you have everything you need at the flat to have a really enjoyable break. From binoculars to admire the stunning views to chairs and blankets for the beach. We have tried to think of everything. We also enjoy the flat so it is more than just a business for us but a home.
There is unrestricted street parking to the front of the property and in the streets around the flat for your car.

We live in London and just love to get away from it all and visit the seaside. Ramsgate really feels like a different world and when we visit we don't want to leave. We use the flat for our own holidays as much as possible so the flat has some personal touches that others lack. For us the flat is much more than just a business.
Clara purchased this apartment in 2010
We visited Ramsgate for the first time in 2008. Because of work commitments we had to cancel a foreign holiday and decided to take a weekend break instead. We had seen a picture of the Royal Harbour at the Boat Show and thought that it looked like a nice place to visit. We were not disappointed. That first weekend we walked from Ramsgate to Margate via Broadstairs along the coast and were hooked. There is so much to do and see. The beaches are just great. Now we have a little girl we can't wait to spend more time in Ramsgate and hope that we have many more memorable times there.
The views are just amazing. We never get bored of looking out of the windows and neither do our guests. It's not just that though. The flat is bright and airy. It is tastefully decorated. It is comfortable. We have lovely pictures on the walls; not just your run of the mill holiday style prints. The bedrooms are at the back of the building and are lovely and quiet. We always sleep so well when we visit. It really is a very relaxing and comfortable place to unwind.
The flat, views and Ramsgate in general made for a fantastic weekend away. We have two small boys (3&1) and this accommodation had everything we needed with even toys for the kids.
This has easily turned into our favourite weekend escape and we shall certainly be going again.
This is a lovely bright and spacious apartment with stunning views of the sea and towards the harbour. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities one needs. Clara was very helpful in supplying all the necessary information which made all the arrangements easy to follow. There is free unlimited street parking and we were able to park right outside on all 3 days of our stay (Sun-Tues). Apart from being such a an attractive apartment it was an ideal place to stay for exploring the Isle of Thanet and beyond. Fully recommended - we loved it!
Easy booking and everything was nice, was great looking out to sea. Thank you.
We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults a 6 year old and 18 month old). The apartment was perfect for what we needed and well located for Ramsgate and surrounding areas. I would recommend doing the Ramsgate Tunnel Tour as well as the walk along the beach to Broadstairs. Plenty of places to eat and drink and all within easily walkable distance.
The apartment itself has everything you need, is nicely furnished and has a lovely view. Being on one level great for toddlers, no safety fears. Only down side is it is on the top floor up about 5 levels of steps so when leaving/entering make sure you have everything you need because you don't want to be climbing those steps to often. Also although we found a car park, there weren't that many readily available close to the apartment though this maybe because it was a bank holiday weekend.
We would definitely visit again!
Absolutely recommandable without any restriction.
We enjoyed our stay here.
The view from the flat is amazing, and the amenities splendid and to our needs for a weekend with our 1 year old child.
Ramsgate itself doesn't have much to do (the tunnels tour was great), but neighbouring Broadstairs (as recommended by Clara was) worth the walk along the beach/coast.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor, we were aware of this, so no complaints from us.
We would've given it 5/5 except we found the cleaning let it down (we found used towels on the back of a door, hair around the tub). Not deal breakers for us, but worth a mention. Clara was very apologetic when we pointed this out. The bathroom light stopped working one morning, and this wasn't resolved during our stay over a long weekend.
With direct sea views of Ramsgate harbour and stunning beaches, the accommdation is just minutes from Ramsgate town centre. There is a Victorian lift down to Ramsgate's sandy beaches just moments from the front door. Ramsgate Royal Harbour and town centre is 5 minutes' walk away. Walk along the beach to Broadstairs in about half an hour.
Visit local attractions in Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs and in Thanet including the The Turner Contemporary, Hornby and Manston museums. Spend your day relaxing whilst enjoying a coffee in Ramsgate harbour or simply talking in the rays on Ramsgate's stunning beaches.
Other Activities: Good food
Golf: The Course at Sandwich is of an international standard.
There are other courses at Broadstairs and Pegwell.
