Ground floor apartment with new private own pool, private barbecue with table and chairs
Villa Anna is a luxurious development consisting of three large apartments in the town of Milna located to the west of Brac.
The apartment has a large open plan kitchen-dining area and a very comfortable living area with plasma TV. This leads out to a large balcony with a dining area that is perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Adriatic evenings.
Each bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed with ease. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite while there is an extra bathroom beside the third bedroom. The master bedroom in each apartment has a door leading out to the balcony to enjoy some morning sunrise.
The apartment has its own private garden and BBQ area and a separate parking space. The beautiful pool area is shared. The new pool in front of the ground floor apartment is just for that apartment while upstairs pool is shared
The garden in the villa has retained plenty of the olive trees that are so common in the area and even an orange tree.
The beautiful town of Milna is only a short walk from the development.
The apartment is located close to the town of Milna and all of it's local amenities. The closest restaurant and shop are only 100m from the apartment. This is only a small shop and larger shops can be found in the town.
There are two marinas in Milna and Villa Anna is located close to the smaller marina. It is possible to berth your boat in this marina for around €50 per night. Likewise, you can rent a boat from this marina if required.
The nearest beach is also very close to the development and is less than a five minute walk. This is a stone beach and there are other beaches within walking distance of the apartments. The coastline around the Milna area is beautiful made up of many inlets and small bays. It is no surprise that diving is popular in this area and one can simply snorkel in the local bay or join the local diving club.
If you fancy a day trip to Split there is a regular catamaran that goes directly from Milna to Split. This is a passenger catamaran so will not take cars. The catamaran takes around 45 - 50 minutes and sails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The catamaran leaves Milna in the morning at 9.15 and returns from Split at 4.30pm. The timetable for Sunday is not as flexible and leaves Split at 6.45pm and returns from Milna at 7.45pm.
There is also a more regular ferry service from Split to Supetar which is the capital town of Brac. These are large car ferries that can travel every two hours during the summer months.
In order to reserve the apartment we will require a 25% deposit. The remainder can be paid on or before arrival.
Our prices include electricity and cleaning costs. Fresh bed linen is provided before every new stay and will be changed once a week for longer term lets.
The apartment was excellent. Very clean and modern throughout. The pool and pool area were perfect and great for BBQ's and sunbathing/cooling down. The supermarket on the corner was very handy for provisions/bread although we'd recommend at least one good shopping trip to Aldi near the ferry to reduce the cost of food and drink shopping. Nice walk into the town for meals and to see the boats and swimming/sunbathing on he rocks very close to the apartment. Highly recommend hiring a boat which you can pick up at the harbour near the supermarket and do some island hopping. One of our best holidays!
The apartment was much larger than expected and very clean apart from a smashed bulb/glass in one of the bathrooms but apparently this happened when somebody came to change it and it wasn't cleared up. We were surprised that the ground floor apartment had their own large pool as we would have preferred that and could have still used a smaller space. This isn't clear in the description. The shared pool shown in the picture is small but adequate if there are only 2-3 people cooling off. Luckily the beach is 5 mins walk and is lovely so we spent most of our time there. The living area is lovely but I did mention that the kitchen needs more utensils/equipment- normal glasses, plastic glasses, salad bowls. I would recommend it and Milna.
a great getaway for the whole family. beautiful town ao Annie villi I will not mention wonderful, very high standard !!!! confidently recommend
A beautiful location and an apartment that provides everything you need is what you get.
Huge, airy, spacious rooms with all mod cons such as aircon, TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc make for maximum comfort. Eat inside or outside, cook your own if you like.
If there's one criticism it is that the 'pool' is definitely on the small side.
Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und gutes Appartment in Milna vorgefunden, vor Ort war eine sehr gute englischsprachige Betreuung, nur der Pool war ein wenig zu klein.
We were in Villa for a week and it was perfect for us. Very comfortable apartment, fully furnished and if anything was missing we got it within half an hour:) Pictures present it quite correctly. I would definitely recommend to families with children that prefer silence around. However to really enjoy the island I think you need a car.
Located on the west side of Brac, Milna is a beautiful old town with plenty of Mediterranean charm. While not a mainstream tourist destination in Croatia, Milna's beautiful coastline and ACI marinas have made it a very popular destination with the sailing community and for those who want to discover the Mediterranean as it once was.
With crystal clear waters set against dramatic valleys winding along the coast, Milna provide the idyllic setting for any occasion. With Vlaska and Duboka Bay within walking distance why not find your own private cove and take in your picturesque surroundings.
Milna is only a short drive from the popular Zlatni Rat beach in Bol along with the rest of the island of Brac. Why not go for a drive and take in other charming towns such as Sutivan or the larger Supetar. There is also a ferry service to Split that provides the ideal opportunity to take in the region's most famous and popular city.
