Refurbished apartment with stunning views over the River Clyde. Central location perfect for shopping, clubbing, sightseeing, concerts, business, relaxing etc. The apartment has free WiFi. Enjoy our balcony overlooking the River Clyde. 5mins walk to Buchanan Street and Argyle Street. 3mins walk to a Central Station and 2mins walk to St Enoch Subway. 10mins walk to Glasgow Green. 20mins walk to all of the main concert venues. The Hydro, The SECC and O2 Academy. Close to bars and restaurants.

With 2 double bedrooms both have new beds and a new double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with ample coat hangers, bedside tables and we will provide the bedding. The master bedroom has a work-space for laptops and tablets. There is 1 large bathroom with bath and 1 en-suite with power shower. The towels are included. The spacious living room has a plenty of seating for 6 people, a TV unit with new Smart TV, BT Youview box and separate Bluetooth speaker. The large well equipped open plan kitchen dinning room includes a 6 person dinning room table. The kitchen has everything that you require to dine in including cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, serving dishes, tea and coffee. There's also a microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Gas central heating will keep you warm during your entire stay and the combi-boiler will ensure that you have a constant flow of hot water. Our balcony is south facing so the apartment is usually warm.

There is NO parking at the apartment however there is plenty of parking very close by and we can suggest a safe, overnight car park. There are several car parks very close to the apartment and there is metered on street parking to the rear. We are happy to arrange transfers to and from Glasgow Airport and Edinburgh Airport at an additional cost. There is no smoking in the apartment. There is no pets in the apartment. Please note this apartment is in the middle of the city centre, close to the train station, traffic and pedestrians. Please be aware that this is a very central location.
