The apartment is accessed through the main entrance and back out again via steps to the sundeck. The northerly views take in some of central Bath with the Abbey, and surrounding hills as a centre-piece along with pretty terraced gardens below and tree-tops above.
The living room doors are bi-fold and in fine weather, the whole area can be opened up to enjoy the scenic setting and the whole apartment has been tiled throughout with underfloor heating controlled independantly in each room. There is a vast comfortable grey sofa (which is a sofa bed) with a plump footstool in front of a large TV with Sky and Netflix. Outside is a sofa for 2 along with 2 footstools and a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining.
A spacious contemporary fitted kitchen has smart grey granite tops and a white extending dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has an induction 4 ring hob, a microwave, large fridge and separate freezer, a small dishwasher, a washing machine combined with dryer and plenty of cooking equipment and a portable radio.
The glamorous bedroom in grey and canary yellow has a 5’ king size bed, a large wardrobe with shelf over and a large chest of drawers. There is a small recessed cupboard with utility items. The glossy en-suite is smartly tiled top-to-toe in grey and has a large walk-in shower, a small hand-basin with storage over, a WC and a recessed cupboard for larger utility items.
