The owner lives in an annex of the house (details in Rules).

House with pool 15 minutes from Barcelona. Up to 11 people. With a huge dining / kitchen / lounge, fully equipped with all kinds of appliances and utensils. WiFi 300/300 Mbps. Swimming pool 8x4 meters, barbecue, porch, garden. Bed linen and towels. Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, with direct access to terrace and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Also the kitchen / dining room / lounge, very spacious and reconfigurable easily, with dishwasher, work / breakfast island, dining table expandable from 8 to 11 seats, sofa and TV with fiber optic TV, WiFi 300/300 Mbps. Porch and terrace, in the front of the house, very spacious. First floor: 1 complete bathroom with bath and 4 rooms, 1 of them with double bed of 160 cm wide, 1 with 1 optional double sofa bed and 1 single bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with two single beds . The double sofa-bed is 140 cm wide (suitable for two adults). On the lower level, garden with barbecue, tent and pool of 8x4 meters. All services mentioned are exclusive to guests. The owner lives in separate rooms of the house, on the intermediate level, without communication with the interior of the house where the guests are. Excellent accommodation for large families well situated for getting into barcelona

We stayed for a week as a family of 5 to support our family member competing in the CPISRA world games in Sant Cugart. The villa was very clean and well equipped to cater for a large group. Lluis the owner was very helpful with giving us lots of information particularly with train details and where the sports stadiums where etc. The pool was lovely and very clean. A car is essential to access the surrounding area but valldoreix train station less than 10 mins away. Overall a very enjoyable week

Me and my family had a lovely holiday, Lluis is a lovely person always very helpful and friendly.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Shops are not far from the house and station is a few minutes walk but I do recommend a car. Lovely view from the bathroom when having a shower.

Great place to stay to avoid the noise of the city while still being close enough to the city

The place is just outside of Barcelona, the neighborhood is very quiet and very peaceful. Barcelona is easily accessible by bus and train, or taxi if you prefer to pay the money. We purchase a t10 bus/train pass and we were able to go back and forth to the city. Lluis keeps the house well stock with everything you might need for your trip. My family consist of a group of 8 adults, we all slept comfortably and with plenty of room. Market is closed by we were ble to buy groceries and do most of our own cooking. There are plenty of restaurants and tapas nearby as well. Lluis my family and I would like to thank you for welcoming us into your home and showing us around the neighborhood. We will definitely reserve your home on our next visit to Barcelona.

maison parfaite pour un séjour à plusieurs couples !

Avec ses 5 chambres séparées, cette location est parfaite pour un séjour entre copains. La literie est bonne, il ne manque rien. Comme le temps n'était pas super, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, mais ceux qui ont testé l'ont apprécié.On a pu manger sur la terrasse à 11 et c'était parfait. Celle location est en dehors de Barcelone, au calme dans un secteur résidentiel mais à 5 mn on trouve la gare qui nous emmène en 20 mn à Barcelone : parfait !

Merci à Lluis qui nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin mais sait aussi rester discret.

Je recommande vraiment cette location !

Casa confortevole, luminosa e ben attrezzata, adatta ai bambini. La piscina estremamente pulita.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in mezzo alla natura. Le foto della casa corrispondono alla realtà! Il proprietario Lluis, premuroso e disponibile in ogni momento, ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e suggerito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per facilitarci il soggiorno.
