About the property

A unique, spacious & open-plan loft apartment in the center of swanky Mayfair.

It is on the top floor (elevator) of a period building. Great rooftop views, outside balcony, kitchen, bedroom & 2 bathrooms (one with tub).

This loft space is unusual enough but especially to find in Mayfair. It is a bright and light airy space with high ceilings.

There is a separate kitchen area, a bedroom with a queen (150x190cm) bed, two bathrooms (one with tub/shower, WC and sink and the other with WC and shower) and an outside balcony with a table for two. The living area contains two sofa beds. The apartment is not overlooked and has a vista over the roof tops of Mayfair towards Hyde Park.

The elevator runs from Ground to Fourth Floor and then there is one flight of stairs (16 steps) to apartment.

A caretaker is on site each weekday morning.

Our building only has one flat per floor (5 apartments) so is quiet, secluded, discreet and exclusive.

I'm almost retired from a career producing TV shows so I can spend more time travelling and catching up with friends and family around the globe. I also host in my places in London and Spain which gives me an ideal reason to go to elsewhere. Life can be full of delightful and serendipitous encounters which I prefer to enjoy without trauma or drama.

The space is not overlooked yet in the midst of some of London's best architecture with quiet parks and green spaces. Hyde Park is very close.

Very nice property in a lovely neighborhood.

This was a nice flat in a lovely old building in Mayfair. Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and it was very hot in the flat, with no fans available. The owner was out of the country, and although he ordered a fan for us via Amazon, it did not arrive before our departure. Otherwise, we loved it and it suited our needs. I would suggest a few minor repairs (broken window shade, one window stuck shut, broken toilet paper holder in main bathroom), but overall the flat was clean and pleasant. Thanks for letting us stay.

Fabulous flat in a great location!

This Mayfair flat was perfect for a family of four. It is equidistant between two major subway stops, walking distance to many of the sights, in the middle if it all but off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. Great neighborhood with a couple of pubs nearby for traditional English food. Highly recommended and we'll be back next time we're in London.
