Apartment 28 is the perfect location with under 5 minutes walk to all amenities including the town centre, theatre, key transport hubs and the beach.

Having been recently purchased and refurbished, Apartment 28 retains all the lovely features of this 1850's property, yet has been finished to a high-end specification suitable for the 21st Century!

Both bedrooms have been equipped with luxury Hypnos beds with a luxurious Italian Leather sofa bed in the lounge, perfect for sleeping a further 2 people. Egyptian Cotton and similar hotel quality bed linen used as standard.

The Bedrooms include a King size bed with a separate zip together ensuite super king bedroom offering flexibility of singles beds if required. TVs are fitted in both bedrooms in addition to the lounge.

Children's cot and high chair can be made available on request.

The main lounge and dinning room which incorporates the unique single action sofa bed, is flooded with daylight offers great views, with original shutters for privacy at night.

Off street parking will be provided at the owners expense immediately to the rear and overlooked by the Apartment.

A rare find

The property is wonderful and has everything you would need and more! So comfortable and plenty of items in the kitchen which is rare!

We had a lovely stay definitely would recommend.
