The New and improved Casa Annabella. We are the new owners of Casa Annabella now loved and improved.

What can't be improved on is the panoramic sea and mountain views all around.

The villa consist of:

Main House with large well equipped and homely Kitchen to include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker and hob, with large table and chairs (seating for 8), window to side and french doors to terrace, pool, garden and views,

Large Lounge with seating for 10 people, fireplace, two windows and french doors to terrace, pool, garden and views, good size Bathroom with large shower, bidet, wash hand basin, w.c., next to the Main Bedroom with Large double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside drawers, window with mountain view and french doors to terrace, pool, garden and views.

Separate Annex consisting of:

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside drawers, wardrobes, window and french doors to terrace, pool, garden and views, door to

en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc.

Bedroom 3 with double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, window and french doors to terrace, pool, garden and views, door to

en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc.

Outside there is a large terrace and large pool (big enough to swim in!) with ample sunbeds and seating area, two outside tables and chairs, BBQ area with built-in BBQ and of course the views. Garden area with further outreaching views. We are well placed for the quiet Old Town and harbour or for more action the bustling Avenida and Playa Grande Beach both about 1.5 km walk away.

About The Owner

We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years, we love the safe, relaxed, beautiful Island that has become a second home to us.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2017

Why The Owner chose Tías

We know Lanzarote well and believe that Puerto Del Carmen is the best resort on the island. It has so much to offer, from bustling Avenida (the Strip) to the quieter and tranquil setting of the old town and harbour, our villa is well placed for both. Puerto Del Carmen is not like some resorts cut off by busy roads you can walk, run, cycle or sea taxi to Puerto Calero about 2 miles away, or walk, run, cycle (mostly cycle path along the coast) to Playa Honda or on to Arrecife and Costa Teguise, lots to do with out spending a lot. There are also regular buses to most places. The main beach is very big so there is plenty of room, there is also the smaller beach, Playa Chica in the old town ideal for snorkelling or diving.

What makes this villa unique

Excellent views, Large Pool, Hot Tub, Large Terrace, Big Garden, spacious well presented Villa with character and style. Los Mojones is one of the Best locations in Puerto Del Carmen, quiet, set in an area of similar mainly detached properties but not far from the action of Avenida (1.5km) or the beautiful harbour in the Old Town (1.3km)

Very comfy, well looked after holiday home in a very desirable location with amazing views. 10 minutes walk to shop and 15 minutes to the beach and large selection of restaurants. Nearest restaurant is 300m away.

Me and my family loved our stay at casa Annabella the villa was just perfect had everything you would need and more, so spacious and the pool my boys loved, we didn't realise till 4 days into the holiday that there was pool toys for the kids in one of the cupboards which was a big hit with the kids, the views of the mountains are so relaxing when in hot tube admiring the view, Puerto del Carmen just has endless choices of bars restaurants and shops, I'd say the villa is about a 10 to 15 min walk down hill to the old town and the strip. We definitely will be returning.

Absolutly amazing

Me and my partner and our four children stayed for 7 nights and was wonderful. We had everything we needed in the property. Would highly recommend this holiday home for any long or short stays. I certainly would like to return :-}

Just back from a fantastic stay here with family. Had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Great communication with the owners and everything was organised well. The area was quiet and yet close enough to walk/drive for all shops/ restaurants/bars. The pool was cleaned and the cleaner came to change bed linen/towels during our stay of 9 nights. The pool was a great size and the whole outdoor area had plenty of seats, tables and sun loungers for more than 6 people. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need and was very clean and spacious. Have already recommended this house to a few friends and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay
