Thank you for visiting my listing! I look forward to having you visit my lovely contemporary home which has the stamp of a very talented and reknowed Island architect that added unique flair to the home newly renovated to include granite counters, new Bosch dishwasher. I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves here, relax, unwind, and learn all that the Vineyard has to offer, which must include a visit to my farm while visiting, Island Alpaca Company.
The home is open and bright, with two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and new sofa bed that sleeps one adult, or two children. (Crib and linens can be rented/provided for a additional fee.) The kitchen/living area is open with high cathedral ceilings, dining area, and breakfast bar, seating for four. Notice the terrific piano (Steinway Baby Grand) in the living room, front porch with table and chairs (umbrella too!).
This is a terrific, walk-to-town location (just about one mile) or take your bike or the Island Transit bus ( just 400 feet from the home ) to explore the neighborhood or town. Jump on board to travel to any point on the island circuit. A car is certainly not at all necessary, but suggested for added convenience. Neighborhood tennis courts!
A lovely public beach on Lake Tashmoo is a five-minute ride away by car, or take the bikes for about a ten- to 15-minute ride meandering through the trails and lovely passages.
You will also find tennis courts in the neighborhood too!
Sleep cot available upon request. Smoke free, pets considered. Perfect for a single, two couples or a family.

We are delighted that this cottage is so charming and its a surprise because the outside looks like an ordinary rectangle of a house but when you enter the house you are totally surprised by the interesting design. It is beautifully decorated and is so well equipped. It offers real comfort for 4-5 people who are looking for a wonderful relatively inexpensive vacation on Martha's Vineyard. Located on a cute street off Franklin Street in Vineyard Haven it is walk or bike to town, the library, shops, restaurants, Owen Park Beach. The house itself is wonderful offering a very efficient kitchen with a breakfast bar and lovely bath, the new carpeting in the bedrooms was comfy on the feet.
Visit my newest farm on the Island, Island Alpaca Co. The first ever breeding farm of Alpaca on Martha's Vineyard. All of my rental guests have VIP complimentary admission. Open for visits daily, 10-5 summer, 10-4 off season. -- Hope to see you there!

Long term rentals of one month or more will not include utilities. Monthly rates in summer are for a minimum of 3 months. Otherwise monthly rates are for 4 week periods from Sunday to Sunday from May to September. 50% due at time of reservation, the other 50% and Security Deposit due 2 months prior to rental. Happy to work with prospective guests for an alternative plan or term is requested.
