This sympathetically restored apartment, formerly a school, dates back to the 17th century. It forms one corner of a hidden town centre courtyard garden, of which visitors have the use of a small outside terrace.

The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one of which may be configured as two single beds if required), large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom.

Parking: There is off-street parking available for one car. Coxwell Street is one of the oldest streets in Cirencester, right in the town centre but remarkably quiet and peaceful.

Access: Access is via a flight of stairs - this may be a consideration for some people.

Fabulous!

Ideal location for walking into town. Lovely , tasteful apartment that was clean & well equipped . Neil (Host) was friendly & welcoming . There is one allocated car space at the property so suggest if there are other cars to park in long stay car park on Beeches Rd near Theatre . £9.30 for 3 days … 10 mins walk back to apartment !

Wedding stay

The loveliest property. Even the hall downstairs, before mounting the stairs, had charm and character. SO comfortable and well-equipped. It was quiet too - which we needed! Absolutely intend to return. Thank you Neil for your kind attention and help throughout. Most kind. Regards.
