Luxury 2 bedroom, 17th century property in quiet central town location

This recently restored apartment, formerly a school, dates back to the 17th century. It forms one corner of a hidden town centre courtyard garden, of which visitors have the use of a small outside terrace.

The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one of which may be configured as two single beds if required), large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom.

There is off-street parking available for one car. Coxwell Street is one of the oldest streets in Cirencester, right in the town centre but remarkably quiet and peaceful.

Access: Access is via a flight of stairs - this may be a consideration for some people. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one of which may be configured as two single beds if required), large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom. Bedrooms: The pictures here show both bedrooms as doubles however Bedroom 2 can be configured as two single beds if required - we require notice to change the beds.

Great location!

This is a lovely remodeled flat. We found everything we needed and could walk to everything. We appreciated the kitchen being well stocked with kitchen items for us to cook with. We would have liked a couch that we didn't slide off of. Maybe one a little taller. The lady at the gate made sure we were able to park in the back and questioned us about who we were renting from. We did get locked out one night and had to come through the unit to the back to open it up. This place is good for adults but not sure about children. Seemed as though there were many retired folks living at the property. The property is well kept and the gardens are beautiful.

Gorgeous property/ gorgeous town

If you're looking for a home base to tour the Cotswolds you really couldn't do much better than this flat. Cirencester is a lovely town with lots of great shops and pubs close by. Access to the Cotswolds from here is very easy with day trips being a snap. The property is as described and well-maintained. We've been to the UK many times and this was easily one of our favourite trips. This flat contributed greatly to our experience!

Gorgeous apartment and great location

The apartment was lovely, bigger than it looks on the photos, with more than enough room for 4 of us.

Location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds and a 2 minute walk into the centre of Cirencester.

As we were there over Easter, we enjoyed a cosy day in with the log burner on and Netflix on the TV.

Our home in the Cotswolds

We really loved our recent stay in this wonderful little house. Cirencester proved to be a perfect place to base ourselves for our 9 nights in the Cotswolds. The house is comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location. We were around the corner from several wonderful restaurants, including Graze, The Fleece, Made by Bob and our favourite, Jessie's where we had one of the best meals in our entire 8 week holiday of England. We could easily walk to the supermarkets, church, gardens, shops, lots of pubs and the Roman museum. The washing machine was very much appreciated as was the Toblerone and wine waiting for us when we arrived- thank you Neil.

I would highly recommend this beautiful little house.

charming flat

The four of us stayed in the flat in May and we really had a good time

there. The flat looks absolutely brilliant, everything was just perfect.

Although we have'nt met the landlord, we were welcomed by a nice surprise. The flat was clean and we found all equippment we needed for our stay (in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the living room) The flat's location is very good, the parking and everything was the way as we agreed earlier. We used in the evenings the fireplace which gave a nice completion a day int he Costwolds. I highly recommend this flat to stay for everyone.
