The house is recently renovated in its entirety and decorated with taste. The woodwork and the tonalities of the walls give a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, drums and cutlery. It is very spacious, and has modern appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, with a table for 6 people and an auxiliary table for 2 more people. The refrigerator with freezer. The gallery has a washing machine and drying rack. The living room has an extendable sofa for 4 people and 2 rocking chairs, bar-bookcase furniture, round dining table and tea table, new LCD TV and split air conditioning hot and cold. The bathrooms are spacious and complete. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, sunny and airy.

Lovely apartment which felt more like a home than a holiday rental - nicely furnished etc.

Francesc was a great landlord - sorted out problems with shower and fridge very quickly, ordered our taxi to the airport etc. Loved Alicante with its fantastic restaurants (recommend Govana, Taberna del Gourmet, El Portal and Nou Manolin) and endless possibilities for walking with miles of lovely wide palm tree-fringed pedestrian boulevards by the sea and marina. There was snow at home (and across most of Europe) so we felt particularly thankful to have sunny days. We'll be back! Thanks, Francesc.

Francesc's apartment in CalleSt Anna Alicante

We thought the apartment was very clean, and comfortable and would not hesitate to stay there again. Francesc was very helpful and courteous to us and always responded to any of our questions.

The women wished there was more choice of English tv programmes to watch as BBC world news was the only channel available. Not an issue for me as I loved the weather and walking on the nearby beach. Keith.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped .

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week in Alicante at your apartment. Ideal location for a short walk to the beautiful beach and plenty of bars and restaurants and also close by to the tram station if you want to explore more of the area.

The apartment itself was surprisingly very spacious for our party of 6. It was very clean and contained everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We would highly recommend your apartment and would certainly want to return ourselves.

Great location.

Just a few hundred feet from Postiguet beach, two blocks from the tram station that will take you to Mercado Central or Luceros Plaza in the city center, or out to Playa de San Juan beaches. A few good restaurants on the block behind the building and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants on the Esplanade or near the Plaza de la Santisima Faz. Small grocery store on the block behind the building and a massive one in the Plaza Mar 2 mall, which is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is clean and in good shape. There is air conditioning in the family room and fans in the bedrooms. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We left some beach toys as well. Francesc, the owner, met us at the apartment to give us the keys and we had no problems during our 5 week stay.

Ideal for our family reunion

We loved the flat especially the balcony with a view of the sea. It was near enough to the center of town to go on foot.

There was a little supermarket nearby where we could stock up on the essentials.

The beach was near bye too. It was very suitable for our party of 4 pensioners.

We recommend it.

Great Apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very well situated apartment. My husband is disabled but could get to the beach,the prom and the castle on foot; and the centre of town by bus or tram easily from here. Fransesc was really helpful, even ordering a taxi for our return journey to the airport. It would be good to have a shopping trolley in the apartment to save carrying supplies back from the supermarket + a couple of beach chairs would be a practical addition. The wee bar at the end of the street was very welcoming as were local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment is you want to be in a quiet, Spanish neighbourhood.

It is located in the heart of Alicante at 50 meters from the Playa del Postiguet. Within 400 m of Ayuntamineto of Alicante and historical center of the city, stroll to the Esplanade and Marina. The old town consists of the Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara Castle, the church of Santa Maria and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. Also close to the archaeological museum MARQ, Contemperáneo Art Museum, the Gravina museum and archaeological remains of the city. No vehicle is necessary for the visit, just a pleasant walk.

The flat is very well connected: Towards the Playa de San Juan and El Campello with tram and bus lines 21 and 22. A mere 50 meters away is the station FEVE narrow gauge railway, which connects the capital with the northern coastal populations: Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Teulada-Moraira and Denia.

About 200 m shopping center (Plaza Mar 2) with Auchan, Cinebox and all kinds of stores.

Other Activities: Related to the sea

Golf: Alicante has a golf course in San Juan beach (just 4 km from the apartment) connected by tram and bus. And another nearby golf course in Bonalba.

In Benidorm there are several amusement parks 'Terra Mitica', Aquapark and Terra Natura.

The local train station or 'El Trenet' communicating with Benidorm is just 50 meters away so it has excellent communications.

Must see also Las Salinas de Santa Pola is a marvel to watch flamingos in autumn season. This population is only 20 km and there are several buses a day.

For hikers Alicante has a wonderful near the capital in the Sierra de Aitana in Alcoy landscapes.

In the city of Alicante sightseeing tour is very interesting because it has castles museums and churches with great works of art. Besides its promenades and harbor make the city a good choice for leisure and engaging activities for the traveler.

We can visit the island of Tabarca, small and only one is inhabited on the east coast, interesting summer

for diving for its clear waters and idyllic coves. To visit boats depart from Alicante winter weekends and daily in summer. You can also go from Santa Pola, boats depart from there every day of the year.

In terms of cuisine the restaurant guide is extensive throughout the city of Alicante. They emphasize the kitchen in Elche, Villena.

Skiing: For water activities Alicante has 3 schools and 3 nautical club where you can go sailing, diving, water skiing, jet skis, etc ...
