1 bed apartment, sleeps up to 4
We visited Morzine in 2006 and fell in love with the place buying our cosy little crash pad so we could enjoy more ski and bike trips.
Craig purchased this Apartment in 2008
Why Craig chose Morzine
Because it was in the centre of the old town, right by the church and river, and a short walk 50m from the restaurant and bars.

Great simple little bolt hole in a good location by local bars and with good shower
Thanks very much for our stay :-)
Great value for money’s great location
We stayed here for a week of snow boarding and found it suited us perfectly as we spent all day on the slopes. It had enough room for us all comfortably with a hot shower and warm heating. Would recommend for anyone on a budget or who spends all day on the slopes and just needs a place to crash. Craig was verry acomdating for us and helpful.
Exactly what we wanted. Lovely little place. Well positioned to get the ski bus. Would recommend.
Good little place
Great locations for the ski bus and to go to the restaurant. Beds could do with being renewed and shower was a little low but great place
Brilliant base for a boarding / skiing trip
This was our 2nd time staying at this little gem in Morzine. A perfect base for hitting the mountains and having some fun. It is compact but its got everything you need, kitchen, sofa, bath/shower, heating, TV / DVD and a double bed next to a bunk bed. I took my 7 year old daughter and she loves the place. One of the best points is its position, very, very central in town, a short walk to the Morzine gondola or take a bus (1 min walk) direct to Avoriaz. We will be back! Thanks again Craig
Absolutely perfect, it is what it is!
I must start by chastising the negative reviews about this place. No it is not the Ritz, no it is not a 5* chalet, but then it is half the price of anything else around and totally adequate. Look at the photo’s because what you see is exactly what it is. The heating works a treat, nice hot shower, TV and DVD player, leather sofa, fridge, comfortable bed, tiled floor so you don’t need to worry about your boots/ski’s/boards, off street parking and bang in the middle of town with a bus to Avoriaz across the road. In summary, its great! If you’re a little ‘stuck-up’ and want a spa with a Jacuzzi then pay £1000 more and stay somewhere that has that, if your after very reasonable accommodation that provides a great ‘base’ look no further! Just an impartial opinion!
La Petite Taniere is situated in the old part of Morzine, immediately behind the library and close to the church and mayor's office.
Only 50 metres walk from the Rhodos Hotel, Dixie Bar and Bar Robinson - great places for apres ski and apres bike!
Many ski and bike shops close by.
Supermarket approx 150 metres walk.
