This spacious, centrally heated studio apartment has a king-size double bed with quality mattress together with a comfortable double sofa-bed for additional sleeping accommodation.

The seating area has a large, comfortable sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and dimmable lighting.

The dining area seats four people around a glass topped table. Separated from the living room by double doors is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc, together with a full range of utensils designed to make cooking here a pleasure. The apartment also has a separate walk-in wardrobe/storage room and a bathroom with power shower, washbasin and WC.

Very nice apartment

We spent 3 nights at this apartment. The hosts were readily accessible both by phone and email, friendly and polite. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and within easy access to the tube and busses. The easy access allowed us to explore London in the early part of the day, come back to the apartment for a quick rest in the middle of the day and then go out again for a nice evening. It was also very convenient to have a kitchen, washer and dryer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay

My husband, me and my children aged 10 and 5 spent the last 3 nights in this apartment. Perfectly located at 5 min walk from Earls Court station, the apartment is near lots of restaurants, pubs, stores etc.

The bed is very comfortable and my children slept in a very spacious sofa. The kitchen is well equipped (there is also an Italian coffee moka!!).

I found the apartment perfect for our stay!

Clean, efficient flat in good location

The flat is 3 blocks from the Earl's Court tube station and close to shopping, banks and a variety of restaurants. While close to a main street, the immediate area is quiet and safe, across from a park. It is clean, reasonably comfortable, and has a functional kitchen and laundry facilities. While not elegant or luxurious, it is spacious, comfortable, practical, and a good headquarters for touring London. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future if available.

Not what we expected

This flat is in a basement with a steep set of stairs. The sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable plus the dryer was not working. It was a very barren flat without much warmth.

Great flat in the heart of London

Having never been to London before, I thought our flat was a bit out of the way, but after a couple days on the tube and learning our way around, it was the perfect location. It is an easy train ride from the airport and a 2-3 minute walk from the tube station. It was really convenient and there were tons of stores, restaurants and pubs within a block. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone!

We found the basement flat in Nevern Place served all our needs for a ten day stay in London.

The flat was spacious & well-appointed. The owners were most responsive & helpful to any enquiries. Nevern Place is close to Earl's Court Underground, & a fine selection of restaurants & food outlets in Earl's Court Road. If one is keen enough the walk to the V & A Museum is quite manageable. The neighbourhood is pleasant & quiet. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Hilary & David's flat. A & R from Australia.

This central London apartment is situated in an attractive garden square in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The spacious studio makes an ideal alternative to hotel accommodation. It is a perfect base for visiting the iconic sights of London, shopping in the fabulous stores, visiting the theatres of the West End or going to galleries and exhibitions. The apartment is only a few minutes walk (0.2 mile) from the underground station at Earls Court giving easy access to all the top sightseeing locations. South Kensington's famous museums are just 1 mile away (two stops on the tube) and shopping at Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Square, the King's Road or Oxford Street couldn't be more convenient. The green, open spaces of Hyde Park and Kensington Palace Gardens are also within easy reach, as is the exhibition centre at Olympia.

A wide variety of restaurants are just around the corner together with a range of shops and services plus a 24 h supermarket.
