About the property

2 bed apartment, very close to beach with a sea glimpse from front window.

This newly refurbished 2 Bedroom Flat sleeps 4, with 1 double bedroom with a Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower. The second bedroom has direct access to the garden terrace and has two twins, which could be pushed together to make a Kingsize bed. As you leave the front door, you walk directly towards the pier which is a 30 second walk and the beautiful sandy Boscombe beaches. A short walk along the promenade will take you directly into Bournemouth Town. Boscombe is a vibrant and lively small town and there is a charming bar and restaurant opposite and several restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.

The flat has a large living/dining /kitchen area, an ensuite master bedroom and a smaller twin/double. There is also a communal bath/shower room which serves the two rooms.

The flat is well equipped and has, cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, television with free view and free fiber optic wifi.

High chairs and cots can be provided on request.

Direct access to the small garden terrace area is through the second bedroom, which also has an area ideal for bike storage or for storing surfing equipment. It is not covered.

There is one allocated parking space.

5 to 10 minute walk to the local town shopping centre.

This is a very lively and vibrant part of Boscombe and is on the approach leading down to the Pier.

We have always loved the Bournemouth and Boscombe area and have lots of friends in the area. We jumped at the chance to own this great flat down by the seafront in Boscombe as it means we get to spend time on the beach and see our friends. We live in Morocco for the rest of the year and own a guesthouse in Marrakech (Villa Dinari) which is also listed on this site.

The area has certainly changed over the last few years and boasts several great restaurants and bars and the beach is just stunning. It just gets better and better and we know that we will spend many years enjoying it, we hope you do to.

The perfect location for beach, town, shopping, bars and restaurants. Also a fantastic place to explore the surrounding areas with the New Forest just 30 mins away and many other attractions. Guest should however be aware that this property because of it's close proximity to the pier and beach will have some traffic noise and obviously people will pass by on their way to the beach. The back of the apartment where the bedrooms and small wrap around shingled garden with terrace are situated is much quieter. Personally, we love to be in the center of everything, so this suits us perfectly.

What makes this apartment unique

Lovely art Deco building, built in the 1920's, with a perfect location next to the beach and pier. It is so easy to get anywhere from Boscombe. The town centre is a 5 minute walk, Bournemouth is a 20 min walk along the coastal path and is just a 1 minute walk to the pier and beaches.

  • The master bedroom is fairly large and has an ensuite shower room, the second bedroom is fairly small ad has two single beds which can push together to make a King size. The second bedroom ha a door leading to the outside terrace and once the season is over we will be adding a door from the main bedroom which will also lead out to the terrace.

Notes:
We will provide you with a welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar and milk and are happy to do a small shop for bread/butter etc if needed. There is a cleaning fee of £30 which has already been added to your bill - This is to ensure that the flat is clean and tidy on arrival and departure. If staying for more than one week, there is a £15 charge for extra bed linen and towels if needed, and a further £15 cleaning fee if you would like beds changed, hoovering and a general tidy up.
