About the property

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex is set in a small urbanisation called Mar de Calahonda, close to the main coast road and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach in Calahonda as well as it's many amenities. There are 3 double bedrooms – on the first floor is the Master Bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bath/shower room and a further twin bedded room. The third bedroom is on the lower floor beside another shower room and toilet.

The lounge is open plan with a beautiful newly fitted kitchen and is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas (one person can sleep on a sofa), a dining table with 6 chairs, satellite TV and wifi. There are two spacious south-facing balconies from both the living room (with outside dining area, chillout sofas and sun shade) and the Master Bedroom, overlooking the communal pool and well maintained gardens. 5 minutes walk will bring you to numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks and it is within easy driving distance of several quality golf courses. Please note that there are approx. 14 steps leading up to the front door of this duplex apartment and the main terrace is not suitable for climbing toddlers! Longer term rentals will also be considered.

The pool and gardens area is completely enclosed and accessible only by the locked gate (pool only open during summer months due to local regulations), but the highlight of this apartment is really its location. A very short 5 minutes walk will bring you to the beach and also to all kinds of amenities, making it perfect for holidaymakers not looking to hire a car.

Note regarding location: Unfortunately this system has now allowed us to show the exact location of the apartment. It is in a complex located between the beach and the main coast road, very close to MacDonalds restaurant, so easy walk to everything!
